Hospitality team house keeping, reception team. Security team are exceptional. Kitchen services, food is delicious, team are amazing. They are all indeed an asset to the organisation

Staffs are friendly.. Chefs are very friendly and engaging.. particularly chef Brian and Omary.. Receptionist are very good and helpful.. waitress Monica and the others are brilliant.. Our stay was good.. only they should put family room as another choice if needed for 3 people and not getting a whole apartment as we didn't even use the kitchen etc we didn't need that... and of course the price was higher for the apartment much higher and all we would like is a family room as most hotels do.. as we where 3people myself .. Mum and my sister..

“Not worth the price”

I was upgraded to the mini suite. TY. But the room smelled mouldy so I changed room next morning. The facility has a good swimming pool, I liked it.

“More relaxed hotel with good gym & pool.”

Good gym with Concept 2 Rowing Machine - the main reason I chose the Hotel. Also a pleasant outdoor environment for working near the pool. Reasonably convenient for downtown but not as good as Kololo or Nakasero hotels.

The breakfast is fair, diverse menus. However, needs to improve on the juices(too watery), diversify with more fruits as well. Some dishes like the fries and baked beans were half cooked on both days.

Kabira was almost everything I'd expect from a decent hotel in any given city in the world. I slept quite comfortably in the bed, the room was cleaned nicely each day, many of the staff were quite friendly. For the main things you go to a hotel for, a clean and comfortable room to sleep, this ticked the major boxes and I was quite happy with it.

“Could be nice but...”

Room was well equipped and had tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant staff including chefs will go out their way to make sure you enjoy your meals- they were the highlightof our stsy. Pool is large but cold. Sufficient sunlongers around the pool.

“Too noisy”

The place is clean and very well equiped, with huge gym and swimming pool , 4 tennis courts and a large restaurant with terrasse.

The rooms were very well kept and clean. The friendly staff were attentive and you did not want for anything. A great menu with various options. A really pleasurable stay.

“Really exceptional stay”

Really good facilities. The health club washrooms could do with a bit of renovation. Rooms were very spacious and the balconies are generous. The pool is huge. The staff made the stay exceptional. From Patrick at the concierge to the ladies at reception on 26th and 27th May to Christian who helped our big group with breakfast and all the way to the life guards at the swimming pool. The staff made the stay worthwhile indeed.
