The location and interior match the photos, spacious rooms with high ceilings and pleasant decorative elements, a fireplace, a gorgeous view from the balcony, good soundproof windows, and adequate amenities. The apartment has a convenient layout, with separate bedrooms and ample space in the dining room and living room. Clean and tidy. Quiet location. They provided two parking spaces, tableware, blankets, candles, even some toys for children and books on the shelves, a TV with internet access, and Wi-Fi in all rooms. I would like to express my gratitude to the friendly hostess for her hospitality.

“A great base to explore the Rhine with views of the river from the master bedroom and living room.”
A great place to stay on the Rhein river. Views of the river from the main bedroom and living room were wonderful and the fireplace was a really nice touch for us during winter. Very clean and spacious. Note that the laundry is in a separate room downstairs - but there is also a dryer available. Was very handy for our stay. Host was super responsive and helpful. Parking spot also available.

“Great place to stay alongside the Rhine!”
We stayed at Villa Evin with 2 small children for 3 nights and had a great time. The Rhine at our doorstep, a pool at walking distance and a great surrounding for biking. The appartement is very spacious with all the amenities we needed. The host was very kind and helpful in accomodating us.

“A perfect stay.”
The apartment is extremely comfortable, large, overlooking the Rhine. The interiors are rarely so tastefully furnished. An excellent, extremely pleasant and attentive host. Beautiful surroundings. I had an absolutely great stay. I highly recommend it.
