Booked this place for my family and I during a tour aroynd Rhein. I saw people complaining about stupid things in their reviews but booked it. They couldnt host us in this hotel so they moved us to their 'brother'hotel 300 meters far from there.. Everything was sparkling clean the personel accomodating, a nice view of the river and a perfect breakfast.. I get so angry when people book hotels that cost 1/3 of the expensive hotels but then they have the audacity to judge them with 5 star hotels standards.. BOOK this place without any second thoughts! Its perfect value for money and dont read the reviews of the people who always complain!

“It was better than know where.”
Paid for a 3 bed room as was all that was left on your site. The hotel weren’t expecting us. Gave us a very small basic double room. No one spoke a word of English which although I speak a little German made discussions about the room pointless.
