“Nice staff but hotel is poorly managed and maintained. Not a nice location.”
Friendly welcome at reception, and staff happy to help when room was not stocked correctly. . Good quality towels, bed comfortable. Fridge in room and kettle provided on request.

An absolute hidden gem, great value for money, good breakfast included, friendly helpful staff. The old style rooms were great and the most comfortable bed.

“Nice hotel but area was a bit scary.”
The hotel is almost 100 years old so be prepared for squeaky floors and a few bumps. Staff were lovely. Location was noisy closer to the street and a bit scary to walk along. We were luckily upgraded to a better room on the 4th floor so noise wasn’t as bad. There is a bar underneath. Staff were the standout of the hotel :)

Great location for shopping! It's within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs and lots of neat little stores. Lots of options within one block! Good wifi, reasonable number of power outlets.

“Staff were quite friendly.”
Tv was hard to connect to think that the batteries needed changing on the remote control. Coffee in the room was decaffeinated and that's the only thing I didn't like.
