I had a disappointing experience with this hotel’s customer service. I contacted them twice regarding a lost item and was told both times that they would check with housekeeping and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or updates. It was frustrating to feel ignored after being assured that my request would be looked into. Even if the item wasn’t found, a simple response or update would have been appreciated. Better communication and follow-through would significantly improve the guest experience.
