We chose this to be close to the hospital, otherwise there isn't a whole lot of reasons to stay here. Staff was super lovely. The shower was pretty decent. Bedding had stains on them, the room is small and make sure you bring earplugs. Not a great stay.

“bad hotel”
A terrible hotel, the bathroom lock was locked by myself without me doing anything, which made it impossible for me to pee all night. The next day, when I asked the staff to open the door, she didn't apologize and was very impolite. The staff didn't smile throughout the entire process, which is really uncomfortable. The room is very dirty, covered in dust. Oh my god, this is really the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I love that it is so close to the hospital, the staff is very friendly, this is always my first choice when staying in Kamloops. Clean and comfortable room, would definitely recommend.

I asked to change rooms upon arrival because I was on the first floor. The staff were able to accomodate me quickly, and I felt they handled my request respectfully and efficiently. Very grateful to the great staff.

Waffles, yogurt, cereal, all good. I asked for ground floor but needed/eantedto wear sox. The bathroom sink was open to the sleep and TV area. Not quite private. The door was sticky. This was all manageable and acceptable for the price
