Solu was totally accommodating to our every need. I mistakenly booked the wrong night. SHe cheerfully cancelled that for free and then found us a room on the ground floor, at my request. Even though that was a much larger room we were charged the same reasonable rate as originally quoted. Then we had car problems and they put up with the mobile mechanic coming there and fixing our car in the motel parking lot without ever making us feel like we were imposing or in the way. She even let us stay in our room for an extra hour while the car was being worked on. The place may not be fancy, but it was perfectly clean and smelled nice.

The bed was terrible box spring was very dirty and torn along the bottom. The boards on the boxspring were poor and made lots of noise when rolling over. The bed was not even made properly bottom sheet was not even tucked in at the foot of the bed. Shower tap leaked all night from the shower head. Base boards in bath room are in need of repair

The outside stairs and hallways were filthy, the filth made me not want to enter the room. I was in a room with a kitchenette but there were no plate forks knives or salt. I don't remember if there was a pan.

This hotel is exactly what we wanted a place to lay our head, soft and hard pillows, a nice bed, a bonus kitchenette, an air conditioner, a view of our car, all the things you need TV, tub, shower etc., nice staff and owners. We were within a 15-minute drive to anywhere and walking distance to food of your choice. There were no street people on our walks. Quiet area.

“A cozy night on the hill”

The Jacuzzi suite overlooked Kamloops and we had a lovely view of the town. The Jacuzzi was clean and functioned well, a welcome treat after many hours of driving! The rooms was tidy and well cleaned, and the coffee on offer was just fine.
