It's not an apartment at all, but some kind of cabin. The property is located within the area of a busy small boatyard. The accommodation is cramped and uncomfortable. The only heating is a solid fuel stove. The whole place feels unwelcoming, unkempt, and "makeshift." The surroundings are shady and gloomy.
