Bathroom smelt of sewage. No toilet paper in room. I didnt have a kettle. Then got the kettle after a day but then no coffee then got the coffee but no cups. Ridiculous. Staff need to be familure with Google translate and use it when communicating with none Ukraine soeaking guests. The restaurant on All meals we had brought the food out at completely different times eg pizza on its own then chips 20mins later or vica versa.

first time in this city, i was surprised from the sweet and authentic hotel that reminds me the old soviet style that i was sure that already gone for many years now. but do not have any mistake , this place is just perfect with charming rooms and very nice lobby , located on a charming avenue with a lot of shops and places to eat.

It was very, very cold and needed the airco to heat the room up. Unfortunatly the remote had dead batteries so....cold it stayed

Great Central position in the new town. Value price for the facilities. Friendly helpful staff. We are regular visitors for years, used to live here 20 years ago, and would not stay anywhere else.
