Great place to see the magnificent Kotor lagoon

The room was very cozy and had a super balcony. The parking was very convenient and the possibility to borrow stand-up paddle boards was a big added value to our stay. Hosts were also very responsive and kind. Would visit again :)

I stayed in this fantastic apartment and was absolutely delighted! The apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped – everything you need for a pleasant stay is right there. It's surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean greenery, which adds to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The sea is literally just across the street – being so close to the beach was a huge plus! I especially want to highlight the hosts, who were incredibly kind and warm – from the very first moment, they made me feel completely at home. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and an authentic Mediterranean experience.

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation! The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. A highlight of our trip was the complimentary two‑hour boat ride, which was a fantastic surprise and offered stunning views of the surroundings. The room and the entire property were spotless and very well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, exactly as described — right by a small beach which was perfect for quick swims and relaxing by the water. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. I also loved the extra charm of having lots of friendly cats around — they made the place feel even more welcoming. From the hospitality and kindness of the owner, the cleanliness of the apartment, the contents in it, the comfort of the bed, all the way to the nearest beach (pictures below - not even a minute's walk from the apartment), which is mostly visited only by the hosts (there is no crowd, which suits us), and the cleanliness of the same beach is on a solid level, everything was great. The air conditioner works perfectly without any problems, the owner also provided a coil against mosquitoes. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. There is no noise, we did not hear the church bell at all. The owner helped us with the choice of restaurants, nearby attractions, they even provided us with a boat ride to Gospa od Škrpjela, which pleasantly surprised us.

When I arrived I asked if I could stay for two nights instead of one and decided to change to stay in one of their other properties - a two bedroom house. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming and I was made feel at home right away. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen equipped with everything I might need and they even brought extra coffee and washing powder so I could do my laundry. Nothing was too much trouble. I slept extremely well despite being on a busy main road - the windows kept out all the noise.

The apartment looks like on the pictures. Everything is new and well organized. I really enjoyed staying at this place and will definitely book it again. Close to a small beautiful beach and some other famous beach clubs. The owner is also super friendly. Everything was excellent!

The apartment was very clean and well equiped. Nice touch were the local wine and beers as an arrival gift, we appriciated it :) There was even a possibility to make a loundry (all items and detergent were prepared for us too). The host was helpful and always available if needed :) The localization was great if you have a car (car ferry is available from the place, Herceg Novi (attractions and old city) and Bijela (nice local restaurants) are 10-30 minutes away. The apartment has a small private beach, perfect for an afternoon swim or romantic evening with wine and sea view :)

We liked everything. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent. Theres a local market and a bakery 1min on foot. The sea is just across the apartment street and we had coffee there every morning and cruisers were passing on the other side of the bay to dock at Kotor bay. The view is stunning from there. The room was clean and tidy and it has everything you need and more. Kamenari is cozy and beautiful and we will visit Summer Time Apartments again.
