Very comfortable house full of everything… Every morning Adriatic Sea salutes without any obstacle. It was hard to leave the property and go to see the wonders of Kotor Bay. Amazingly beautiful, definitely worth for your pay.

The house is very clean, has everything You need and is in great location if You want to explore Gulf of Kotor, but stay away from crowded cities. Also, the sea is by your feet - literally just cross the street ant You can jump in a crystal clear water!

It was unforgotten time in beautiful house and place. No doubts, my family met with superowner. The house is fully equipped, all icluded. We spent a few incredible days on the Kotor bay shore. 10 points, it's truth.

“Perfect clam stay right next to the sea”

First of all, this was definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The house is perfect for a family with kids. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a kitchen combined with a living room downstairs. A wonderful terrace in front of the house. A tiny beach right across the road! Another one right nearby. Everything in the house is perfectly organized. The kitchen has got everything you may need and the kitchen utensils are of very good quality. Our stay here was very comfortable and relaxing. Some people earlier complained that the road next to the house is noisy. This is true. It is noisy. But the noise was not unbearable. Plus if you shut the balcony door and switch on the air conditioning, the noise is considerably reduced. And the second bedroom faces the garden. With the window closed I could not hear any sounds from the road.

This is the perfect location if you want to explore the Bay of Kotor but you would like to stay away from traffic jams, crowd and noise. You will get an entire house with two stairs, where you can find nearly everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host is friendly and the communication in English is easy with him. The house is exactly what you can see on the pictures: all the furnitures and equipments are from the "upper shelf". The AC devices work well, the kitchen is large enough for an average family. All the rooms are clean and well-equipped, WIFI signal is strong enough on both stairs. Although it is located right on the side of the main road, the noise is minimal inside - thanks to the high quality windows and door. And unofficial and small beach is about 50 meters from the entrance and covered with medium sized gravel. The sea deepens quickly here, so pay attention to the kids. An official beach is about a few hundred meters away from here, it is more family-friendly. Free parking is available at the territory of the neighbour property, the host will show its exact location. The ferry port is located within a few minutes of walking, for pedestrians it is free, so you can go to the other side of the sea within a 10 minutes and have a good lunch or dinner. Small grocery (Idea) and bakery are located within a few minutes (nearly in front of the ferry port), however their offer is not as good as expected. Taking into consideration the price, this accommodation is a real bargain: in 2023 it was hard to find such a great place with great interior for this amount of money, so were are already thinking about to spend our holiday here again in 2024.

“Perfect, I can't think of anything to change”

The perfect size little house for us 3, me with my wife and my mother in law. There is all what you need for a vacation stay, and if ever something is missing, the landlord will lend it to you. The location made it easy to visit the entirety of the Kotor Mouth. Well, I just really liked everything, the house, the super helpful landlord, the landscape.

Great location, safe area and very close to the ferry which was incredibly cheap. The owner is super kind, speaks great English, therefore the communication was very smooth The house was cosy and everything was in good condition.

The house was perfect, it was clean, pretty and comfortable! Stanka was very kind and helpful! The sea is in front of the house and we can swim there! Montenegro is an amazing country with amazing people! I hope we can get back there!
