Wonderful apartment with a friendly and welcoming host! The balcony offers an incredible view. The place has all the necessary appliances and amenities for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and it’s clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need, including sunbeds and umbrellas. The locals here are also very kind and welcoming, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the apartment is amazing. We hired a car and it was very easy to go and explore from this base. The views are fantastic, waking up every morning to a view of Our lady of the Rocks and Perast was unbelievable, and watching the cruise ships turn into the bay, fantastic. The balcony really was lovely, especially for morning sun.

Recommended it to everyone, everything was super!

The location of the apartment is great, lovely big balcony with tremendous views to the sea, Lady of the Rocks and the mountains. The beach with sunbeds for Boka Vista guests is just across the road. Wonderful clear water ideal for snorkeling. Good restaurants nearby. Spectacular sunrise. Great attentive host who was there to greet us. Lovely welcome with a bottle of wine and some fruit.

The private beach is superb, with the beach beds and umbrellas, and of course the gorgeous view and the beautiful clear blue sea. When we were there it was not crowded, everybody can rest peacefully. Private parking area is also a great thing.

We had a pleasant stay at Boka Vista. The view from the apartment is amazing, the private beach is beautiful. The Host is really nice. We will definitely come back next year.

Short walk to two restaurants and a short drive to local ship with locker bar opposite. Very close to Perast. Building is gorgeous … beautiful view from balcony. Nice little beach opposite for a swim.

The accomodation was a stunning view, with a private beach with free sunbeds. The views are just extraordinary and is in such a peaceful part of Kotor.

Great host, nice private beach just cross the road, a restaurant in 10 min walk. Apartment is spacious and has everything needed.
