Overview
Chobe Safari Lodge is located within the Murchison Falls National Park and offers panoramic views of the Nile River. The lodge has a three-tiered outdoor pool and is located a 20-minute drive from Karuma Falls. Chobe Safari Lodge has rooms within the main building, tented accommodation, a bungalow and private cottage. Most of its accommodation enjoys views of the river and each has ceiling fans, TV and a private bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided. Local and international cuisine is served at the restaurant and drinks can be enjoyed at the bar. Chobe Safari Lodge also offers massage treatments and includes a spa centre, sauna, and fitness centre. There is a business centre and conference facilities. African crafts and souvenirs can be bought at the gift shop. Activities offered at Chobe Safari Lodge inlcude safari drives, nature walks, bird watching, shore fishing. The lodge can organise bush breakfasts, day trips to Murchison Falls or Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

“Excellent vacation”
Accomodation was superb. The furnishings in the tent where we stayed was beyond our expectations. I loved the breakfast because there were all sorts of varieties and the staff were ever amazingly helpful. We paid full board but we always skipped dinner because we were too full. I always felt scared of meeting the hippopotamus at night.

“Marvelous place”
This was my second time there, and I loved it like the first time. The breakfast and dinner were good, when there were few guests. They were excellent, when there were many guests and a buffet was provided to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is extraordinarily clean and organized. The view and the pool and hotel bar are great to relax after safari days.

Views - outstanding Staff - 5 star Food - 5 star Rooms - 3 star Facilities - 5 star Location - 2 star Breathtaking views and outstanding position for a hotel. Truly was a joy to eat the lovely food whilst looking over the river and seeing the hippos; however, rooms need updating and location leaves a bit to be desired.

“My impressions.”
To be fair, we have stayed at this place before. Since I liked this place so much, my husband and I decided to stay there again. I would recommend this place to anyone who decides to visit Uganda. First of all, because you will not find more beautiful nature than here. The restaurant offers a huge variety of food, for every taste.
