Perfect location, quiet and still some restaurants around and close to the beach. Big apartment for a couple. Feels like a proper holiday home. Outdoor kitchen for use and good working ac and spacious bed. Friendly owners.

“Amazing private stay close to beach and nice neighbourhood”

We had an amazing 8 days stay here. It felt like home. Very convenient house and private. We stayed with the 2 of us and it was very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. The owners are very helpful, friendly and make a nice breakfast for you at your own decided time. The location is very quiet, close to the beach and enough local restaurants in the neighbourhood. The villas are well designed.

“Great little villa!”

The owner Pamoda and family were lovely and live next door so are available if you need anything. Great location a short walk from Madiha surf point and places to eat and drink in Polhena. The shower was always hot and the outdoor kitchen area is a nice touch. I think the value for money is great here.

“Perfect little apartment for a couple”

Amazing hospitality from the owners, tasty big breakfast included every morning at desired time. We loved the modern, new facilities in the apartment, like cold AC, mini fridge, big & comfy good quality mattress, cute outdoor washroom and handy outdoor kitchen to cook your own meals. There's even a possibility to do some remote work from the sofa or big cushioned chair downstairs. Adorable cats come visit every day. 5 min walk to the surf spot. Would 100% recommend, perfect little apartment for a couple.

Nice Villa with a beautiful little garden. We work remote and it was perfect. Good WiFi, close to the surfspot, restaurants, cafes etc. Sri Lankan breakfast is really good.

It was great stay in a very attractive place with such lovely environment. The Villa was very clean and so beautiful. The owners never treat as guests they use to treat us as their own family and we were so comfortable. The foods were offered on our request and they were so delicious. We use to enjoy the stay every second.

“Awesome Villa run by sweet family.”

It’s a beautiful new Villa run by friendly family. Big space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, good for working online. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring south beaches and cities such as Mirissa, Matara, Weligama, … There are many good restaurants in 15 min walk (Bob was our top pick). Supermarket is also super close (10 mins by walk). Madiha beach was our the most favourite beach and its very close to the Villa. Thank you for letting us stay.

Such a great place! I had such a lovely stay at the Villa. Perfect location, close to cafes, the supermarket and the beach. Very clean and modern. Pamoda and her father were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very generous. I hope I’ll be back again!

Me and my brother were the first to stay in this villa. It is a beautiful space to be in. It is clean and spacious. There is aircon and the building is well insulated. The family who own the place are very hospitable and kind people and we were very happy to stay and would go definitely go back :)
