WeBase Kamakura is a resort hotel and restaurant in the ancient capital of Kamakura, one minute from the Shonan sea and one hour from the city. WeBase Kamakura is a 3 minutes walk from Yuigahama Station and there are many tourist attractions within walking distance, such as the Kamakura Great Buddha, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, and Kamakura Komachi Street. There are 8 sophisticated guest room types with high ceilings and a total of 22 guest rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the breakfast buffet offers croissants from the popular bakery "Liberté" and dishes made with plenty of vegetables using local ingredients. There is a large communal bath with a sauna which offers a self Loyly style sauna. A reservation-only"Restaurant Kou" is a fusion of teppanyaki and Italian cuisine that allows you to enjoy course meals and wine pairings that you can enjoy with all five senses. There is also a kids menu for children of elementary school age and younger. Beach goods and beach towels are available for rent in the summer.

Really splendid and accomodating. The shared facilities were magic- the lounge with light dinner and free drinks, the location is great, the on site restaurant was great fun and value for the quality, the rooms were great - the family room was so spacious- this was brilliant value and experience all around.

The breakfast was an unexpected wonderful pleasure. The hotel is a gem in a quiet corner of Kamakura. Close to a beautiful beach, close to shopping and attractions. The staff are carrying and attentive. Of all the hotels we stayed in this was our favorite.

The garden features a famous sculpture of a “cosmic” cat by Kenji Yanobe. Breakfast is served in a unique way: guests sit at a counter built around the kitchen and watch as delicious dishes are prepared before their eyes. The hotel is located in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood, 8 minutes from the ocean coast and 5 minutes from the Enoden train station... and the stay is made unique by the very hospitable staff, who go out of their way to fulfill the unexpected wishes of guests. I highly recommend a stay in Kamakura, which will be unforgettable thanks to WeBase.

“Superb! and close to the beach”
The room was very clean and comfortable and they provided a few snacks on arrival which was a bonus, the staff were very friendly and the communal bath was great and had a fab sauna, highly recommended. Also it was well located close to the beach.

“Peaceful and comfortable”
Stylish, modern hotel. Lovely breakfast experience with several small courses, watching the chef cook. Next to very nice restaurants. Lounge with plenty of complimentary food and drinks. Nice sauna and public bath.

It was a great position between beach, shops and trains. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The happy hours in lounge was a bonus and an excellent added bonus.
