“Cheap, and you get a safe space to sleep during the night. Easy access to most destinations.”
I went with the expectations that it was a cheap boarding house for travelers, and at least expected the facilities to be clean and the facility to be quiet at night. I rented a room, and there was enough space to walk and manage my bagage without any problems. Everything was within walking distance.

Such a cozy, homey vibe. The atmosphere is calm and laid-back, making it easy to unwind. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, which really completes the experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

“Laidback hostel ideal for budget travelers”
Loved the laidback vibe and perfect location. Everything we needed was there, plus some nice extras for free. The host was super friendly and helpful. Great spot for budget travelers — we’ll be back for sure!

Did not feel clean at all, felt dirty and very uncomfortable. You are staying in basically someone’s house but communication is basically non existent. Was just given a key with no instructions and no welcome but also wasn’t told where to go so felt uncomfortable. Dirt and grime everywhere and black hairs in my bed that made me feel like the sheets weren’t clean. Pillow was nonexistent obviously hasn’t been replaced in years. I wouldn’t consider myself a completely picky person but for the standard in Japan I had MUCH cheaper but MUCH cleaner and comfortable accommodation.

“A nice place at the great location.”

“Lovely place”
The place is nice and most important it feels like home. The owner is very friendly, helpful and fun. I totally recommend also for the position: 10mins walking from the station, 10mins from the Buddha and 3mins from a beautiful beach. Room was clean and comfortable.💓

“We were scammed.”
Before we arrived at the hotel, we received a message stating that the room we had booked had been given to someone else. They offered us a smaller room or a refund. This left us in a difficult situation. We feel we have been scammed and left stranded. Our refund has still not been processed. We receive vague and delaying responses to our messages after 5 hours. We are guests in your country. Please consider how you would feel if you were in our position. We urgently request that you resolve this situation properly.
