Staff were really helpful and friendly. The buffet selection was really amazing for each time, loved the melon selection and the drinks and facilities being near a beach were great and we were upgraded to a sea view on balcony. Really enjoyed the yoga

The best part of the stay was definitely the friendliness of the staff—they were welcoming and helpful throughout. Very good value for money also and it’s nice that the hotel offer a different activity to entertain the guests every night.

Lovely friendly staff made us feel very welcome and the restaurant manager Theodore is very helpful. The all inclusive food was delicious and the hotel has a great relaxed feel. Beach and swimming areas super.

“Very relaxing, great food and lovely friendly staff”

This hotel was a fantastic find, very relaxed with efficient and friendly staff, very clean with a great varied food buffet served three times a day. It’s lovely for families with children’s entertainment and the evening entertainment is very good quality. We stayed a week and then extended for a further 4 nights as it was so relaxing. There is a river next to the outside dining area which comes straight down from the mountains and has ducks, fish, swallows and swifts. Infront of the hotel there is a lovely beach and the sea is safe and clear to swim in.

Beds. Wifi. Parking is free (though bit further away). Room size. Clean. Evening shows are OK. Kids also have something to play. We were happy to meet staff person from Lithuania (very kind and great person).

Great value considering there was so much on offer. Children loved it. Right on beach, indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent selection of food.

All staff without exception, were delivering excellent customer service and always available to step in to help if needed. A smaller hotel with well kept faciities adjacent to a small stream and overlooking the sea-just a few metres way, The sea view rooms are awesome! Well worth upgrading. Very well suited for families with childen as lots of activities arranged for them (potential for happy noise!] Food was better than expecteds for only four star. Plentiful choices to suit most tastes, vegetatian , allergies etc and chef really focused in providing interesting and varied food beautifully presented.

“Near perfect”

A lovely hotel right on the beach front , perfect location for a perfect relaxing week , all staff lovely. Food was good but felt like nothing went with anything to make a meal for example on the kids section one night there was plain pasta , Brussels and pizza . It just needs to be a little more thought out.
