Perfect quiet location. 30 second walk to a perfect quiet beach with a couple of tavernas. Very nice pool that was never busy. You can go from sea to pool all day with a stop in between to read or have a cold drink! Comfortable beds. Towels and sheets changed mid week and floors cleaned every day. All the team at the apartments were lovely. The garden is beautiful. Supermarket within 5 minute walk.

“Heaven!!”

What can I say!! We absolutely love this place! Home from home! The host treated us like a member of the family - bottle of home made wine, fresh flowers in the room, fresh oranges from the garden. Absolutely wonderful! The room was cleaned every day and the lovely lady was so very sweet! Absolutely immaculate inside. Sea views were stunning from the balcony and just 20 paces and you are on the beach. You also have the option of the gorgeous pool of course which is equally immaculate. We loved the garden! Full of flowers and lots of pretty seating areas. The village is a short walk away. However, we used the excellent local tavernas for our evening meals - which were superb! We can't wait to make a return visit!

“A hidden gem in Kalyves”

Beautiful view from the balcony and well maintained garden and pool. The beach was really close and you could hear the sea. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed with very comfy beds. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments and I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was perfect. The location to the beach, restaurants, supermarket was excellent. We went together with my boyfriend and we are really happy even with the staff. For sure next year we will come back! Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect - very comfortable and just a few steps away from the beautiful pool. You could see and hear the sea from the apartment and it was a very short walk to the beach. All of the staff were very friendly. The owner Apostolos was particularly helpful and it was the perfect location with lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

Appartement, pool, Beach, sea, within 50 meters. Very relaxed surroundings, without lotts of tourists. Host very nice and helpfull. Best place ever!

Everything was magical and fabulous!!! It feels like you’ve found yourself in an oasis... The staff is friendly, the cleaning is top notch, the interior is clearly made with soul, the view from the balcony is excellent - we watched the sun rise from the sea. The garden area is clean and tidy, swimming pool, sun loungers, palm trees. The sea is twenty meters away. The most luxurious supermarket, where you can find everything your heart desires, is a 3-minute walk away. If we are in those parts again, we know where we will stay. We recommend it to everyone!!!

Authentic, quiet, great hosts, close to the beach, and had everything you needed. Had the perfect balance between being quiet yet close enough to all the restaurants etc that you need.

It is really close to the beach, 20steps., free umbrellas. Beautiful garden, nice pool, very kind stuff. Big supermarket in a 100 meters, with a bus stop to Chania or Almyrida. The big, well equipped appartman was clean and big, with sea an garden view.

Wonderful quite place. This was the best choice we could ever get. The room had a cozy athmosphere, the bed is comfortable and there is air condition. It is very clean and tidy, and The housekeeper Lady is very kind and adorable.The pool is just wonderful, perfect temperature. The location is awesome, the supermarket is 3mins away, the Sea is literally in front of the building. You can even hear the waves. The bus stop to Chania is very near too. The owner family was very kind and helpful. We truly recommend to book here. We hope we can return soon. Bubu ❤️🐶

“Total relaxation in beautiful surroundings”

We were in apt 12 which is on the top floor, eastern end. We experienced little noise from adjacent apartments. The apt was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for two. Lovely linens, changed every few days, and daily bin emptying and floor mopping. The separate bedroom was helpful when one of us woke up early and was then able to sit in the kitchen/diner or on the balcony which gets morning sun. The pool area is spacious and very clean. The established gardens have a tropical feel and attract butterflies. As a gardener I really appreciated the flowering plants and established palm trees of various kinds. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. And there's an excellent taverna next door. Staff are very cheerful and speak some English. There are plenty of sun loungers and two shady areas where you can sit if it's very hot. English paperbacks were left in our room. :) This hamlet is well outside the tiny town of Kalives, and the walk along the road is not on pavements. This might not suit everyone, but we were happy with the peace and quiet and only went into Kalives once.. Beach waves in front of the apartments can be very rough some days, and completely calm on others. Weekends, especially Sundays are a little busier at the beach but there's plenty of space for everyone, even in high season. We felt warmly welcomed, and could see that the family is running a very successful and efficient operation. We met people who were back for the seventh time. Recommended for complete relaxation, peace and quiet.
