The seaview. Good size of the room and balcony. Enough cooking ware to cook something small. Would have liked a microwave or small oven in the room.

Great location, balcony with a view to Souda bay, plenty of space, clean, own kitchenette, everything you need. Owner is super helpful and friendly. Within a good distance to the airport & Chania. Close by you have a supermarket, beaches etc.

We have just returned from seven nights here and would highly recommend it. The view from the balcony is amazing over Souda Bay, we loved relaxing there with a drink. The location of the apartments is excellent, perfectly placed for both ends of the village for their beaches, restaurants and tavernas. We particularly loved Mistrali down in the village. There are also some much closer if you don’t want to venture too far. It is also only a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Our room came with a double bed plus a single bed, kitchenette (only basic but typically Greek) and a bathroom with a decent shower. Our room was cleaned with linen and towel changes nearly every day. The owner was friendly and very helpful without being intrusive. We had an evening flight out and we were able to keep the room until we were due to be picked up which we really appreciated.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need. Stunning views over Souda Bay. Great location to walk to both beaches in Kalyves. Great cafes for breakfast nearby, particularly Delight Cafe and Cactus. Both do great cocktails and coffees too. Can't wait to return.

Very clean, contains all of the required stuff for a simple but comfortable living. Fantastic view from the balcony, location is very good: close to the beach, several taverns and Synka Supermarket in short walking distance. Very friendly people, I highly recommend and would choose it for the next trip. Thanks to Michalis for the welcoming hospitality and to the lovely lady who cleaned the apartment every day.

“Amazing find in kalyves”

Excellent location. You are only 500 meters from a lovely sandy beach which is quieter than the main beach (which is about 15 minute walk away). As well as having a big supermarket nearby too, which comes in handy with self catering. The balcony- wow! Every morning waking up to the Greek sea was something special, watching the sunset and the colours of the sky was magic every night. Very comfy balcony furniture too. Such an amazing view any time of day. The apartment- super clean! Cleaner came in daily to empty bins and tidy. Everything you need for a self catering holiday was there. The bathroom- I know some Greek apartment bathrooms can be a bit hit and miss, however this one had a shower tray with a shower curtain and a shower holder (I’ve been to Greek apartments where you have to hold the shower head to shower) The staff- so friendly and helpful, they were great with communications before the trip and organised a taxi transfer to and from the airport. When we arrived, they took the time to show us around the apartment and I felt they were always approachable if we needed them. Overall.. I loved my stay here. Would highly recommend to people. Great location with beautiful Greek views of the sea. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very good location, sea view from balcony, beach about a 5 minute walk from apartment. Some very good tavernas no more than a 5 to 10 minute walk. Host and staff very friendly and attentive. Apartment was also well equipped.

“Clean seaside apartment”

The feeling of opening the balcony door, at that very moment the body and mind relaxes. We have returned to this place as for us it's our thing. We are not after big hotels, pools , parties etc, and this apt and village fulfills our needs. Seaview and listening to the waves, not in the very center but not far either, basic but very clean, able to make breakfast or more, if so wanted. We just pressed oranges for fresh juice..as short stay. 2 cafes for eg. breakfast just nearly at doorstep.

We really liked the accommodation. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The sea view was amazing.The host was very nice and helpful. We stayed only one night before our flight. The drive to the airport took about 30 minutes. The Wi-Fi was strong and the water pressure in the shower was super strong. We were really happy with our stay and we will definitely come back.

Mihalis met as at the property, helped us in with our cases, showed us around and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. The property was very clean and well equipped and the view from the balcony of Souda bay I will never tire of.
