We had a fantastic experience at Glenross Living. The property is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, offering a very peaceful and well-maintained environment to relax in. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Udara took us around the property, sharing insights and making sure we felt completely at home. He was incredibly attentive to our every need, anticipating what we might want before we even had to ask. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that you rarely find elsewhere. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway, and we look forward to returning.

We loved everything, location, staff, food, room to everything was perfect

The main house, a former Scottish planters residence from 1876, was beautifully restored. We got cool towels on arrival followed by some chilled drinls. The villas are massive 2 storey places, with pool, outdoor lounging area and air conditioned living room downstairs. Being in the pool, it felt like swimming in the sky. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were massive and comfortable. The masseuse is incredible. Both myself and my partner has 90 mins massages that were incredible. The property is surrounded by rubber, cinnamon and tea plantations with lots of wildlife - we saw purple faced langurs, macaques, snakes, chameleons, and many more.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with this property. After driving for several hours to reach the hotel, I arrived only to find the entire place closed. Despite having booked a villa, I was told there was no villa available, and they could only offer me a normal room instead. The customer handling and communication were very poor. No one informed me in advance about any changes, cancellations, or issues with my booking. This caused a huge inconvenience and completely ruined my travel plans. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid if you value your time and comfort.

The view was amazing. The villa was very big. There was more privacy in my villa #7. The food was delicious. I enjoyed watching Netflix and YouTube during my stay. The staff were very helpful. I definitely want to come back again.
