The host lives on the ground floor, so the key collection was easy, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, we were 6, but we didn't use one of the 4 rooms. The 3 rooms have a separate toilet, a separate bathroom and a combined toilet and bath, so this is enough for a larger group. The kitchen-dining room and the terrace are also large. The area is very friendly, the view from the terrace is fantastic. Relatively quiet, although there is constant traffic in the narrow valley (cars, trains). The accommodation is very well located, on the edge of the village, not densely built area. Train station, restaurants, supermarket, Ziller River a few minutes walk. You can even start a hike from the spot, there is a waterfall nearby. From the village you can drive up to 1800m on the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse, from where you can start high mountain hikes or just admire the view of the valley. Innsbruck, Kufstein, Krimml waterfalls are within 1 hour, the klettersteig routes in Mayrhofen are 20 minutes by car.
