The family were very friendly, and always accomodating. Very tasty dinners and breakfast too.

The host are really nice. It is a nice place to stay. It was what we expected from a bungallow. The room is avrraged sized but there is nice common area

“Ideal stay for divers and kite surfers”

The owners provide free drinking water. They also prepare dinner on request. They are so friendly and the food is great. Location is very close to the diving club en kite surfing spot. Highly recommend. Our diving course was cancelled so we had to shorten our stay, but the owner was very understanding and supportive.

Very clean, friendly staff.. I checked in very late and they stayed and helped me. Very nice location and the walk behind the property was awesome and the sun raise view through the mangrove was beautiful sight . They made nice food and all are like home cooked. This stay is 5mins walk from Kalpitiya’s best scuba diving Center.

The management is very friendly and they guided us about the location. Lunch and dinner are very delicious and the price is very reasonable. The environment is a silent and peaceful location. Definitely a valuable place for another visit.

The room, the family and all the food they cooked for us were really really good. The owner did everything for us to feel welcomed and even gave us a free tuk-tuk ride to the beach.

Great spot to emerse yourself in traditional fishing village life, lovely local run buisness, great food and organised us a dophin watching trip. Amazing would definitely stay again.

A very friendly and helpful family own this place, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is really tranquil and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you happen to stay, please feed the brown dog that hangs around 🙏

“Soft landing, perfect clean happy place to enjoy!”

I absolutely loved this spot. We were in the little 4-plex on the 2nd floor, we had a view of the ocean and kites right from our balcony. The balcony is huge, tons of shade, seating and a table. The room is also bright, spacious and CLEAN. The shower works well and bathroom is large and clean. You have a huge counter top in the room, and the AC works really well. Bed is comfy, and huge mosquito net! The dining area is nicely set up, open air and clean. The property itself is just so tidy and comfortable. Every now and then you might see a donkey pass through. Easy walking distance to small shops for snacks. The family who run this place are so nice and generous. They're extremely attentive and make sure to have any needs met. Food was delicious, and you have unlimited coffee and tea available at all times! This was the perfect soft landing we needed in Kalpityia. I highly recommend staying here!!

The food they served in the open air restaurant was very good, excelent local dishes perfecly prepared for travelers with different spice tollerance. The yard is very nice to relax or use a laptop with varius seating options.

Definitely worth going!!! The owners are super helpful. We felt like at home. You can rent scooter from them in a really good money! It was so easy to move around thanks to that!!! They served us delicious breakfasts and dinners (amazing rice with seafood)! Amazing spot close to kalpitya beach for kitesurfing. Just keep in mind that in budget room you don't have a hot water :) for us budget was okay :)

It provides an excellent value for money. The meals that we had under the half-board arrangement is hefty and delicious. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are extremely worthy for the price. The staff is also very helpful and went an extramile to provide us with frequent teas, snacks and also guided us to show the path to Kandakatiya beach
