Villa Sethawadi is set in the most beautiful location right on the edge of the lagoon. It’s so peaceful and is set in lovely well maintained gardens. The food is the best we had during our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka. The massage was amazing and the kite centre staff so helpful. The all staff were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect end to our holiday. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend it. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great view! We expected a modest location, with normal food. We got surprised by the really good view around the pool. The "living room" is very nice decorated. The pool is good. The view from there is also good. The staff is willing to help you. And the price is completely fair! We were surprised that for such a low price we got so much thing. The food is great! Try it!

The room was spacious and very comfortable with an area to sit outside in the shade. The trip to see the dolphins they arranged for us was very good. There was plenty of choice for food.

The villa was lovely, beautiful grounds and decor, great watching the kitesurfers as you sit at the pool or with a cup of tea. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Enjoyed the restaurant very much, the food was fantastic and the staff always welcoming and attentive.

Recommand 100% for a chill confortable stay or Kitesurfing with confort. The staff is fantastic, welcoming, and pays a lot of attention to customers. The rooms have a lot of charm and are very clean. The location is amazing, right at the lagoon for kitesurf especially). The food is great, well seasoned, and tastefully. Matt the kitesurf instructor is very professional and safe.

The staff are exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive, and warm. A heartfelt thank you to Roshan, Telan, and the entire team for making us feel completely at home, and for going above and beyond to help us prepare such special moments: the proposal, a birthday celebration, Christmas and all our excursions. Villa Sethawadi will always hold a special place in our hearts, and there’s no doubt we will return.

The manager and the staff, you could really feel that they want to make your stay memorable, great attitude for hospitality industry. Food was good, chef thought out of the box to put beautiful plates on the table. Great view. Great ambiance. Beautiful pool. Clean. Well maintained. We just stayed over night, hopefully longer the next time.
