The owner is very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and in a great location, just a short walk from the center of Kalpitiya. Highly recommended, definitely great value for money!

The owner was so nice so helpful and wanted to do everything to make us happy... The location is really good near the Lagoon and we CAN do kayak for free.

The place was in a quiet area closer to the lagoon. Landlord was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to like This has to be the most depressing property I would have previewed in person, and cancelled. A total con job. Period. Booking.com needs to do its due diligence a bit more strictly.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet and relaxing location. Helpful/friendly owner and family makes for a (mostly) relaxing stay. Large kitchen/eating area is useful as the town's food is limited and a longish walk away.

“All you need!”

A nice quite get away, only 200m from the lagoon. Amazing family who owns and maintains the place. Very helpful with everything you need! You can rent a scooter, bicycle and kayak. All the fun activities you need! The bed was comfy and i got no mosquitobites thanks to the net!

The room was simple but really all you need, A/C is also there if you want to pay for it extra which we did. We don’t know if the accommodation has a WiFi for some extra money (we didnt ask for it), however there is non free of charge. Guest house is situated a little walk from the city centre, if you wanna eat there is a Beerhouse with tasty, big and cheap meals and nice iced beer. The owner is awesome and helpfull, he gave us lots of advices every time we needed them.

“Great chill time in kalpitiya”

The room was nice as well as the bathroom and the bed, we had an electricity cut because o a storm but that is casual. They extended our leaving time because of our needs very kindly, and delivered proper and useful information of everything we needed.

Rooms were clean. Host was very friendly and helpful. They invited us over and offered tea and snacks.🙂

Lovely room, comfy bed. Big bathroom. AC worked well. The man who checked us in was very lovely and spoke great English, close enough to walk into the town for food too

Amazing hosts. Invited us to meet his family and have a dinner with them. It was very nice to experience such hospitality.

The room comes with a mosquito net, fan or AC, private bathroom. You can use a shared kitchen with plates, glasses and cutlery. There is a fridge as well. Outside is a sitting place you can hang out in the evening. The guest house is near a harbour where you can watch the sunset. Nearby is a good restaurant called Elite.

Pretry nice place , near Lagoon and kayak activities and also other resort for food place. Very attractive for Price and Host was very kind with us . We have spent a party nice moment in kayaking thanks to U

A truly Sri Lanka experience with the right comfort. The host is great and speak good English. They rent bike and scooter. The room as private bathroom, mosquito net a window and a fan and it is nice. You have also a kitchen to use, water to drink and a patio to relax with big trees and a hammock. From there you can walk to town or to lagoon with fisherman with a great sunsey . I use it as a home base to go kitesurf and for me was a better experience then a kitesurf resort

The host present was very friendly, kind and helpful. He did all in his ability to create a comfortable space.

The family made me feel welcome and offered assistance when needed.

“Great hostel”

The hostel is well equipped. There is drinking water provided and they have bicycles too. The beds come with (much appreciated) mosquito netting. The owners went out of their way to help me. The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean and well set-up. It is also really the only budget option in the area.
