Nice and calm place, room with a beautiful view, we enjoyed dolphins tour, cayaks, food was great.

Very helpful and flexible staff, very convenient location and they extended our checkout time without any additional cost. Tasty food and delicious breakfast and lunch. can recommended especially for friends and families.

I would have scored higher but as they were doing repare work after the storms, it was a bit of a busy with builders, who to be fair were polite and helpful. Food and staff were excellent.

nice place in perfect location. The food was really good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for a fun day out with friends by the sea. Direct access to beach was very convenient. Rooms are top notch and couldn't believe the price vs the facilities.

“Great Kite Lessons, Not a Place to Relax”

The kitesurf school was very good. The instructor Safris was professional, supportive, and focused on real progression. I successfully completed my IKO certification during my stay. I appreciate the quality of the training. The lagoon location itself is great for beginners and improving skills. For kite training specifically, I can genuinely recommend the school.

Breakfast was inedible, stale, cold, horrible. Food in general very poor. The wifi/electricity would go down often, sometime for several hours. Staff had to top up the Wifi as it wasn't unlimited. Several days without Wifi. The staff were rude and unhelpful which is unusual for Sri Lanka. I took some kitesurf lessons, was never provided IKO certificate, 12 hours lessons wasted. Kept promising me it was on its way. Never arrived. Would often wait more than an hour to get a drink after ordering 3 times

“Highly recommend”

The staff were amazing. They were really friendly and accommodated to our needs. We'd enquired about dolphin watching and they had arranged for us to go on the trip for the following day. We had prebooked the breakfast, which I would highly recommend. The ladies in the kitchen were so attentive and chatty. We enjoyed their company. We got to stay in a room that has 2 whole walls of glass. It was so mesmerising to watch the waves. We really enjoyed the location, so many beautiful spots to hang out.

The food was excellent. we had traditional Sri Lankan breakfast the was perfect, cooked traditionally by a very traditional lady. The Manager was a very friendly young man who was efficient and knew a lot about the marine life in the are having just graduated with a degree in Marine Biology. His interests in corals and restoration of mangrove arreas was impressive.

Wishawa (PabJ) was the star of a pretty shabby show. He's incredibly helpful and friendly. Decent enough shower and nice room, with plenty of space.

Had a relaxing time with the combination of good food, nice view,comfy bedding, friendly staff. Delicious food was definitely an added bonus.

Very well located. 200 meter off one of main roads with lots of nice restaurants so very accessible but yet calm. Clean rooms, small but nice pool area and very friendly and helpful staff.

We were 02 families with 04 kids and enjoyed the stay for 03 days. It was next to the lagoon. So we were like stay at the sea. Super super great view and relaxing. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. He was one of a cooperate proffessional at his young age so his proffessionalism also were there.

Clean room,good bed,good shower. Quiet at night. Food always different and good Staff top class .

“Friendly staff, friendly mosquitoes”

The staff were very friendly and happy, greeting us with coffee on arrival. A power board and adapter was provided when requested. The larger bathroom size was useful, air-conditioning worked well and mosquito net greatly appreciated. Property grounds and views were great, with secure parking readily available. Breakfast in restaurant was simple but sufficient.

Spotless, beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Surrounded by lagoon. Great property, all good with the rooms, the view outside. Helpful staff and very courteous.
