Amazingly placed in the middle of a natural park with a wonderful garden. A short walk through a pines tree forest to a beautiful sandy beach.

We chose it for its location and the nature reserve that it borders. The house itself was spacious and characterful. It was kitted out with everything that you may need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

All is at that place. You dont need to buy for example toilet paper or washing balls to make laundry. You have it. Great prepared for all kind of activity-umbrellas and seats for beach. Ball for child and many others!

“a relaxing vacation at a grand villa in a nature reserve”

Everything was great. The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It's especially suitable for guests valuing a calm, quiet stay, as it is secluded and has a big yard with trees hiding it from the rest of the village. The view from the windows is either to the mountains or the yard, both are beautiful in their own right. We stayed there for 2 weeks in August, and although it is very hot during this time of year, we felt great, hidden from the scorching sun by the trees. All rooms have AC and ventilators, which ensure peaceful sleep even in the hottest of nights. The mosquitoes are kept out by window nets. A relaxing beach with a great dune is available some 400 meters from the apartment. The walk to the beach passes alongside a lush forest, and the smells are truly hypnotic. There are 3 bathrooms and the kitchen is well prepared for longer stays. We personally preferred having our breakfasts on the terrace, which also has 2 ventilators to blow away the heat. Our sincere and immense gratitude to Leonidas for being an amazing host, who always ensured we felt home and had everything we might need. Last but not least, there is a family-run tavern Petros some 600 meters away, where we dined every night and always left satisfied.

“Wonderful, secluded villa in unique location”

This very large, comfortable, secluded house offers a wonderfully tranquil retreat from the frenetic world, perfect for rest and relaxation. The gardens and huge grounds provide an abundance of leafy privacy, and yet you are only 5 minutes walk through pine woods and dunes to the magnificent beach. And 10-15 minutes walk to the 3 main dining options, all of which are very good, but the warm welcome and deliciously fresh food at Petro's Taverna deserves particular mention. Leonidas is a warm, responsive and generous host who was keen to ensure we were comfortable and well-looked after. Villa Dunes is truly a special place and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are very hopeful of staying there again in the future.

“Great place for families and large parties”

Τhe property is located near the wonderful beaches of Kalogria and the protected forest. The house was exactly as described, and was prepared for our arrival in every detail. Nothing was missing, when you needed something you just had to intuitively look for it and it was there. The rooms are large and comfy, very well equipped and furnished, roof fans and a/c is provided in all rooms. The external areas are also great, and we did enjoy all our meals outdoors from early in the morning until late at night. The tables and chairs were enough to accommodate our large party of 3 families. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and you could prepare everything for lunch or dinner, and the 2 refrigerators did make our lives easier, since during the hot Greek summer, everybody kept opening them, but despite that, the food and drinks were kept cool at all times.
