“Nice place :)”
Fareed was a friendly host and we enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located in the heart of Kalmunai town. Clean and generous size rooms. Good facilities including a washing machine at no additional cost which is a bonus. There is AC and fans in each room we stayed, we used AC and my parents used fan. There is a dining place for our meals. Fareed also provided an accommodation for our driver at half of the price of our room :)

“I will definitely stay here if I am staying in Kalmunai. Great hotel”
I would 100% recommend Villa Luxez. It is situated very close to the centre of Kalmunai with various conveniences nearby including a well stocked Cargills and numerous local places to eat. I arrived last minute and was welcomed kindly by the owner Fareed. The room was modern, clean and well equipped with a quiet A/c and fabulous modern bathroom with hot water shower. The owner also helped me with finding a reliable and affordable transport to my next destination for no extra cost. Fareed is a real gentleman and I look forward to staying at his place again when I come to Kalmunai.

“Great stay! Clean, helpful, worth your money!”
The welcome is amazing! He gave us free use of the scooter and helped us with anything. Free welcome drinks and always a smile. The room was nice and clean, AC worked great perfect and good pressure whilst having a shower. BUT the breakfast that is truly the best one we had in a while, fresh cut food, home made juices, and a omelette ( omelette was our choice, there is choice of more.

Just 1 I’m away to watch the beautiful sun rise from the east coast. Tea and yummy hoppers just across the road all night through. Beautiful scenic beauty and easy access to food city, kfc and lot more. Easy travel with took. The staff came to pick us from the bus 4am. Exceptional service and lovely stay !! ❤️⭐️☀️

“Great hotel!”
Great stay in the area. The owner was very nice and made our stay a gemstone. The room was not too big but very clean and the bathroom was perfect. Not only you get hot water but you get a great pressure of water and can take the best shower (trust me, this was our 10th accommodation throughout Sri Lanka and never did we have a better shower!). Beds were extremely comfortable and the WiFi really good! I'm sure you won't find a better hotel in the area so don't hesitate to book.

We are supposed to check in at 10.30 PM, However we reach the hotel at midnight 1.30 AM only, Owner gave us very pleasant Welcome and he show us 02 rooms and ask us to select the suitable room, Very Clean and Comfortable Rooms, Good Hospitality.....Highly Recommended
