This was such an unexpectedly pleasant stay! Location is good, it's a walkable and convenient distance from Kalmar C station and Kalmar Castle. The common spaces feel cosy and the rooms are really decently-sized and comfortable. It is cool that they refurbished this hotel from an old warehouse. There were also free coffee and tea (of a good variety!) for guests. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our package, which is a bit unusual for a hotel, but the dinner served was delicious, and I don't think we would have a more enjoyable meal outside anyway. Staff were really friendly too. Fantastic accommodation, it's such a pity we only stayed one night!

Good location just a short walk from old town of Kalmar. Nice outlook over the waterfront. Staff were helpful. More of an unusual idea to provide dinner in the room rate, however the meal was tasty and plenty of salad and side options.

Location on a Marina with sea views was very good but the land side area was being redeveloped with a lot of ground works going on. The parking was very cheap and just a short walk away.
