Excellent location with very friendly and helpful hosts who very kindly provided us with some welcoming provisions - thank you. The instructions for finding the property were clear and easy to follow. The house is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful Pathos region of Cyprus and beyond. There is a lovely swimming pool and patio area for relaxing. Our stay was in the middle of Winter so we didn't make full use of it - but it would be fantastic in warmer weather I'm sure.

It was all perfect from arrival till we left, large house pool access great outdoor space for the kids to run around. Kitchen was fully equipped and beds were comfortable. The owner showed us around when we arrived and was super nice!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Agrotiko Traditional Houses! As a family of five with kids aged between 11 and 17, we were looking for a quiet, authentic place away from the busy tourist spots and this location was exactly what we hoped for. The house itself was charming, and well-equipped, blending traditional character with modern comfort. The weather was perfect during our stay, and the pool was a real highlight, great place to relax and cool off. While it is a bit of a drive from Pafos, that was actually one of the things we appreciated most. The surrounding area is peaceful and scenic, offering a true taste of Cyprus. The village was quintessentially Cypriot, full of character and incredibly welcoming locals who made us feel right at home. This was one of those places where you can really slow down, recharge, and enjoy quality time together as a family. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

“Perfect Village Friendly Hideout”

Welcomed by the lovely hostess (Themetria ? - phonetic spelling - apologies for not getting it right!) on arrival and shown around the middle one, No4, a perfectly sized house/apartment for 2 of us. Good facilities for self catering (hardly used!), nice shower room and good aircon in 2 rooms. Wifi available and a lovely patio area with pool shared with the other occupants of No's 3&5. Only a couple of taverna/bars in the village, but only 10 mins away from Letymbou Tavern (fantastic food, great staff) and THE FOUNTAIN OF GEROLAKKOS TRADITIONAL TAVERNA - opposite direction. Although we were out every day, it was great to come back in the evening to the peace of the Houses and cooler air in the hills. The pool and surrounds are also perfect if you don't want to tour or hit the Paphos beaches (only 25 min drive away)! Great location for access to both Paphos and Polis / Akamas / north coast plus only about an hour up the motorway to Limassol area, slightly more to Troodos. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to revisit.

An old stone-built family home, bursting with character and positioned high on a ridge. Usefully positioned only 20 minutes north of Pafhos, and 30 minutes south of Polis on the northern coast, it's an excellent base to explore the western half of Cyprus. We were welcomed by the owner and the facilities were excellent. We hope to return...

We were so happy to find this awesome place! Beautiful, stylish and in exceptionally quiet. The hosts are great, thank you, Demetra! Pool was working and was cleaned while we were there. I should note that we were alone at the property during our stay (one house out of three around the pool) which made it totally amazing. We would be happy to return there one day.

“Cosy house, wonderful yard and nice view”

Everything was perfect. The location is very beautiful and quiet. The yard is spacious and you can enjoy your breakfast outside or lounge by the pool. There is also a beautiful lemon tree. The house is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The guests are very nice and thoughtful 😊 there are also some neighbourhood cats visiting the property. Very friendly and always happy to receive some food. There is also a local taverna with delicious food and good prices in the village, 5 minutes walk from the property.

The location was perfect, it felt like a home away from home but still like a holiday (even though we live in Cyprus). The village itself is very well kept, traditional and clean and it is very close to many places you would want to visit, but away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The pool is a bonus, especially for an early morning swim with a view. The host, Mrs Dimitra, was wonderful and very accommodating. We enjoyed meeting her and hope to see her again soon.

The houses are pretty charming, the area is very quiet and beautiful, yet not that far away from Paphos. The host is very nice and offers great coffee. Due to higher altitude, the air is much less humid and temperatures lower than at the seaside, which increases comfort.

It is quiet and peaceful. The pool is clean and enjoyable, the beds are comfortable, airconditions work well, kitchen is equipped enough to use it.

The location was great, very quiet in a village with a couple of tavernas and three typically Cypriot bars. The Accommodation was perfect - village rooms around a pool with a caretaker looking after the gardens and cleaning the pool daily. Paphos and Polis were both about half an hour's drive away. Cyprus, especially out of town is great value for money.

The location was quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely welcome bottle of wine and Kyria Dmithra was so generous, providing us with delicious Cypriot coffee and homemade sweets as well as her wonderful fig and apricot jams. We had some lovely chats under the olive trees and she really couldn't do enough for us. The house was pretty and comfortable and the gardens were pristine as was the pool. We met some lovely local people there too. We can't wait to come back!

the complex offers amazing,breathtaking views of the surrounding area, whilst the hostess Mrs Demetra is super friendly, easy to reach, and very welcoming! our stay started with a treat of homemade cypriot traditional sweets and coffee. the property was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. our favourite part though was the beautiful garden the property boasts!
