“Hotel apparently closed.”
Arrived late morning 4-jul-2025 around 12:00 to a padlocked gate, empty yard, and no one around. Tried the gate, called out, rang the contact number +94 773512815 a couple of times - no answer - and waited about 30min, during which time we were fortunately able to book a nearby alternative.

“Clean room, good value for money”
Basic but very clean room. Manager is excellent: very responsive and helpful. Nice location close to the beach (distance to the Fort is walkable but not short). Very good value for money. Some rooms have balcony.
