“Good Location, But Poor Property Condition”
The location is good, but the property needs major renovation. The toilet has a bad smell, and the fan is very old, so it doesn’t provide proper ventilation. At the very least, they should provide air conditioning without charging extra.

Nice place to stay if you are in Pasikuda. The house keeper takes care of everything and is very kind.

Cant reccomand.i had to pay Rs,7700 as room charge shown on booking.com.but at the premises they asked me Rs.8700.cant understand that problem is in booking.com.or the hotel.very bad....

We had to pay more than the price we booked on with booking and they overcharged us. The staff member was kind and helpful at times & location is decent.

“Very nice if you dont like beachressorts and local accomodations”
Good place if you dont want to stay in the beachressorts. Easy walk to passikudah beach. You can just pay a bit for sunbeds at five stars hotels. Room has no AC and it gets very hot. Bathroom is basic. Beautiful garden and nice owners

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting passikudah, Kalkudah
