I like the updated decor and the open lobby. My sister was in the area and it was great that we could grab a pizza and have a nice visit in the lobby.

Desk staff was great. We didn't know that the desk closed at 11pm, and they tried to contact us ahead of time to warn us, and then they went above and beyond the call of duty by staying a little extra time over so that we could check in late.

Staffing was very nice and energetic when checking in. LOBBY WAS BEAUTIFUL! Halls smelled really nice. Central location to resturants and places to visit.

“Clean room, convienient location. We will remember this room for its tiny size and poor mattress”
Breakfast was good, Both days you were out of Cranberry juice, the Apple Juice was good, coffee good. Location was good, easy to find. Room was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Room was Dirty-used bar of soap in tub, hair all over bathroom, crack tile on bathroom floor. You could hear people walking in the room able us etc. my daughter and I didn’t feel very safe-didn’t stay the 2nd night (lost the cost of the room and then had to pay for another hotel room in Traverse City).
