Lovely property in a fantastic location, it was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The little balconies were lovely to have a coffee on in the morning. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The host was great with information, had nearly daily updates on either the apartment or local things to do. Would 100% recommend and hopefully will return.

What an absolute gem! The views from the roof terrace, outstanding cleanliness, well-equipped and furnished, access to everywhere, and the most tranquil and authentic beauty spot to return to at the end of a long day. Don't be put off by the seemingly complex entry system - it's very easy. Perhaps more than anything we saw or did in Malta/Gozo, this apartment would be the prize that would make me want to return. Truly fabulous.

Stunning views over Kalkara Marina and the square <3 A truly peaceful location that immerses you in real local life and Maltese culture rather than the usual tourist bubble. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with every detail covered. Ivan, as a host, goes above and beyond - you can genuinely feel his passion and heart in everything he does. Will absolutely book again! :)

The flat is in a good location and the host has clearly spent a lot of money upgrading the property which is well presented and comfortable. But the property is over a cafe / bar so noise was an issue.

We were early due to flight times, Ivan had the property ready for us and facilitated the early entry -fabulous Thankyou. He sent messages with recommendations for Taxi - Bolt and bus apps. Taxi service was great. Nice area in the three cities we had a lovely time ( not everything was open due to time of year) Everything you could need was provided in the apartment

“Beautiful apartment in great location”

Beautiful apartment in great location. Short walk to Valletta ferry and easy access to interesting local walks with great restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony lovely. Ivan was instantly available to answer questions via WhatsApp and provided daily information and tips. There were a couple of snacks, a can of beer and a bottle of water for us to enjoy upon arrival.

“A fabulous apartment in the quieter 3 Cities area.”

The apartment is fabulous. We had the two bedroom penthouse apartment. The facilities and view were amazing, overlooking the formidable walls of the Birgu fortifications and harbour below. The beds were very comfortable, the sofa also, and the options of dining and relaxing outside were also covered. There's a downstairs bathroom with shower along with the 2 bedrooms, whereas upstairs there's a toilet and sink adjacent to the lounge and kitchen. The washer meant we could reduce the number of cases we needed to carry. There's a nice welcome basket of coffee sachets, breakfast items and beers and soft drinks in the fridge. Below the apartment is an ice cream shop which also has some essentials from cheeses and meats through beers and wines. The adjacent building has a bakery, with fresh baked - which wafts across the sundeck on the morning air. There's a few little cafes and restaurants around the square, from simple snacks through takeaway meals and nice restaurants. The bus stop is metres away, and using the tallinja app gives you options around the whole island. We received an app to help unlock the bluetooth main door, the lock box and the front door. We had issues with the lock box but the Host was immediately available via Whatsapp to resolve the issue and give us an alternative method. We received lots of local information from the Host via Whatsapp, giving us ideas and guidance for food, day trips, etc. It was a fabulous apartment, and one of our best holidays.

comfortable apartment, fully equipped - all that you need is there. very nice place - nice view - with a few restaurants, cafe and bakery just downstairs. not typically touristic - which was great - to be among the local people and to experience a bit their lifestyle.

Verry nice property. Great terrace. A/C everywhere. Quiet neighborhood with a buss stop no more than 20 m from the property. The host was verry comunicative and helpfull.

The host was outstandingly helpful and the apartment was even better than the pictures showed.

The apartment was in a very good location. It was also comfortable and provided all the amenities. Ivan, the owner, was quite helpful and even in a problem that we had with the hot water, he moved us to another apartment, until the next day, when he brought a technician and fixed it. I definitely recommend it.

Nice quiet area with lovely marina. Apartment was perfect for a couple. Clean and spacious. Balcony was nice giving us lovely views. Birgu is within easy walking distance and the ferry to Valletta is easily accessible too. We did not meet Ivan (the owner) but he was easy to contact and was fantastic in giving us help when needed as well as providing us with all sorts of tips and recommendations. We'd happily go back.

In the center of Kalkara. Amazing ice cream shop in the same building. Amazing place and good atmosphere. Walking distance to Birgu and the ferry to Valetta. New and clean apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for a week and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed – fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great location close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d love to come back again!
