“Fab stay at the western end of Germany”
Beautiful little apartment in a gorgeous and quiet town. Easy parking. Fantastic shower. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and all really nicely decorated. Would have stayed longer if we could.

“Very nice stay”
The room was decorated very tastefully and the bed although it was two singles put together, was one of the comfiest beds i have slept on. The apartment is situated in a quiet street where u the only noise u hear are the birds chirping in the morning and the cute sheep across the street. Definitely would recommend.

“Great room in an interesting setting”
A great little place with really interesting decor. A boutique hotel. The room was more like a suite with kitchen area. Very impressed. Under shelter cycle parking outside.

We had a very nice stay at Zweitheimat. It is in a very good location, very close to the central square of Kalkar. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable.

This Pension is located in a very quiet area of Old Kalkar, very close also to the old centre and market square with very nice buildings and several restaurants, all within walking distance. The rooms, at least the one we were in called Dubai, are nice and big. True mini apartments with a small kitchen, a fridge, a nice large bathroom, nice large bed of medium hardness, very comfortable and all of it is very clean. Parking is public and can be a bit of a challenge. It is located in the middle of a residential area along a main street. The internal decorations of both the rooms and the house in general can be described as quaint, pittoresque with many paintings and other things hanging on the walls. It does make it feel very cozy. The stairs up to the room are steep and small and might be challenging to some. However, considering the price and what you get for it it is definitely a very good location, even for more than just a few nights.
