Nice little hotel, nice lobby and large room! Nice staff and the food was great. Great and safe area, we walked with two kids late in the evening and there was no problems, nice people all around!

“Considering the price I paid, I had a pleasant stay in Royal Suites.”

Room was spacious. I like also that the toilet has a direct access to the outside (not exhaust fan). Within the hotel, they has a nice restaurant and love their pastries.

The staff- they were all very friendly and accommodating. You would be greeted every time and they are very helpful with your queries. I also love that their restaurant served good food and coffee. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

Very centrally located but rooms were very comfortable and the staff always willing and happy to help. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fact that refreshing cold water was available to guests whenever we needed.. We ate in their restaurant a number of times and the food (traditional favorites) was tasty and served with a smile. Thank you Condotel for a wonderful stay

All, and I mean ALL the staff will greet you ”Good morning/day, sir/ma'am!” ”Hello, sir/ma'am,” and with the sweetest smile! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. I now have a favorite place to stay at when I'm in town.... The Christmas decor was stunning! The whole place was so festive!

it's our second time with them. when we went to Kalibo Dec 28, 2019, a supertyphoon just struck the province, power was out, the Hotel that was to accommodate us was without power. luckily, Royal suites which was walking distance have their own generator and was more than willing to accommodate my family (4 of us).. . . that is why, everytime we visit my mom's province, we will most likely always stay with this hotel.
