“Perfect for a relaxing holiday”
Everything was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and have thought of everything. that could be needed and provided it. The property is well located not too far from the ferry and only about 2 minutes from the supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable and the property is in a quiet location. We loved everything about the area and the accommodation and are already talking about coming back.

“A brilliant relaxing friendly stay with lovely facilities and a gorgeous pool off the beaten track”
Very friendly owners welcomed us and brought a complementary drink. Even though we arrived after 9:00 pm. Made us feel very welcome. Our third stay and there’s very good reason why we keep going back. Milan and his wife are amazing hosts.

Wonderful property with pool. The reality match the pictures. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with two balconies with amazing sea view! Modern supermarket close by so easy to buy what ever food and drinks that is needed.

“Nice and comfy stay close to sea shore and shops”
Nicely located clean and comfortable pension, beautifil view over the sea and close distance to shop and bike rental. Pool was temporarily closed. Hosts are super friendly and welcoming, air conditioning worked great during hot season.

“Th best view on Zadar and the sea, in a slightly disappointing scenery.”
The view from the balcony (studio room nr 3) of the bay, ...and Zadar is fantastic! The pool was good, nice poolbeds, but no umbrellas (as shown in the photos) so I had to find shade in the shadows of trees or walls. The parents of the owner live in the building and were very friendly and helpfull, took me and my bags to the ferry. In the morning in the little shade I had, eating breakfast from the huge supermarket 200 meters away is very nice. The bed is very nice, the airconditioning quiet enough to sleep in. Nice shower. The swimmingpool and the poolbeds are very nice. On checkout day I could use the room the entire day untill I had to leave for the ferry. Very nice! Probably because it was late in the season and the room wasn't needed for next guests.

“A lovely stay here”
The views were great. The pool was lovely. The staff were lovely. We didn’t have a car and the owner offered to drive us down to the ferry the morning we left.

“Perfect seaview in Kali”
The hosts were very nice and friendly. They gave us beach towels, which came very handy and gave us very helpful information. The view of the room was simply fantastic. I would definitively come back there. Location also is perfect. Very calm and close to the beach.

“Perfect holiday, kind hosts”
Me and my daughter had cool time! Our hosts were friendly and kind to us. They offered us ride there but first time we walked as there is nice beach nearby ( below). Walking distance to both Preko and Kali. Garden and pool are nice and the view to the sea is amazing! Last day We had evening flight to Budapest and they allowed us to enjoy pool, helped with bags and all as long we needed. We got ride back to ferry area, thanks so much. Other guests were nice and we enjoyed talking and chat at pool area. We will be back! 😊
