“First row to the sea”
Kali is very nice, small and quiet town. The apartment is right at the sea and the big advantage is free parking right at the apartment house. The owners are very helpful and nice, we even could check in before 14:00 and we got also a present. The price for the location and 8 people was very reasonable. We loved the view from the balcony and big table in the kitchen since it was 8 of us. However, the apartment is a bit used. Chairs on the balcony are broken right behind your back and it´s quite uncomfortable. Leather chairs in the kitchen are also damaged but it´s not fault of the owners. Air con is only in the kitchen/living room and it can hardly cool the other rooms. It goes hand in hand with mosquitoes, we have never been biten so much as there are no insect nets. They were even in the room which has no window. Two toilets worked great. Big advantage is a washing machine. We also had many space to dry the clothes. To sum it up, we liked the place, I recommend it. Ugljan is beautiful, you can find many nice places aroud the whole island. We ´ve been couple of times in Pasman, 2 years ago even had a holiday in Osljak, so we are familiar with the place.

“Close to the beach, nice balcony view.”
Top floor appartment, with nice view, with air conditioning. Very good kitchen equipment however the corkscew was not available. Nice and quite beaches nearby. Very recommended

Our stay in Sea-Pearl was impecable. Owners picked us in the port at the pre scheduled time, greeted us with big smile and tray full of their domestic fish products and fresh baked domestic bread. Location is perfect, first row alongside the coast, balcon view aiming on the sea. Apartment was in the centre of Kali. Everything was super clean, neat and very spacious. Apartment was fully equipped. Once again we want to say one big thank you to the kindest owners for all their hospitality. We definately recommend this apartment and beautiful island Ugljan in general.

“Fantastic property, hosts and location - thank you”
Marko collected us from the ferry and dropped us back at the ferry too which was really unexpected and much appreciated. The Apartment was really really spacious and so well equipped. Two balconies and spotlessly clean. The view was amazing and the location, so close to the sea, was fantastic.
