What a magical place! It’s position at the end of town overlooking the coastline dotted with islands, history and a castle, away from the tourists, makes it feel like you’ve getting a very authentic special experience. The breakfasts are delicious. Our lovely hostess also organise us a simple but delicious dinner, and a fun boat trip.

We loved the the location, the owner lady was super kind and friendly and made our stay such fun and memorable. Thanks again!

“Worst behavior by a Turkish pension owner in a one-month stay in Turkey!”

The owner’s wife smile and kindness (she helped with the bags on check-in and check-out) The location. Apart from that, he small sea-side pension pompously called « Boutique Hotel » is but a few uncomfortable rooms (no bedside tables, no fridge, no glasses, no complimentary bottles of water, no body wash or shampoo, contrary to what was announced, 3 broken lights out of 4 over the bed, only one pillow per person) and no working wifi. The lamp outside the apartment was broken as well. The price is extortionate for such poor service. Worse : on the eve of my arrival the owner wrote to me to ask me to bring cash : 600 euros for 4 nights! I said no I will pay by CC. On arrival he refused the official exchange rate of the EX application and I ended up paying 34 more euros than the price posted by Booking.com. This behavior has been reported to Booking.com

“Great end to our long holiday.”

Located at the end of the ‘strip’ but still just a stroll to the marina. The hosts were just brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast spread was outstanding. Seating in the garden overlooking the water. The shower was hot and the towels thick. The hosts organised a boat tour for us leaving right from our jetty. A beautiful couple of days. The hotel is just as the pictures. Would definitely recommend

The Location of the Kekova Theimussa Pension ist absolut fantastic !! If you need peace and relax - that’s the place to be ! The owner Ali and his wife are really caring and try to arrange every wish . Rooms are basic but very clean . There is no television- but you will not miss it : just watch the boots coming in or going out . In the evening i highly recommend the fresh seafood with a traditional salad- cooked by the owners wife .

This is simply one of the best locations you can stay at if you are wanting to get off the beaten track a little. It’s just as the pictures show - literally on the water’s edge. Also, at the very end of the town. At night, it’s utterly peaceful. Just the water lapping. Total delight. Ummu, our host, is the kindest person imaginable. I won’t tell you what she did for me as you might expect it too!!! - but it was so beautiful I cried. She also arranged for us a private boat trip at a very reasonable price. I totally recommend this pension if you like getting away from the glitz and package hotels.

“Beautiful and quiet location at the end of the bay with lovely view from the jetty”

The location at the end of the small village of Kaleucagiz and bay makes it a quiet spot between overgrown lycian tombs and the sea. We loved the freshly prepared fish for dinner watching the sunset from our table on the small jetty. As there was no fridge in our room we could leave some of our stuff in the fridge of the restaurant. We could park our car a short distance away, which might be tricky during high season. We hired a small boat from the hotel in the morning to be taken to antique Tersane Harbour (with a lovely swim before the tourist crowds came), the Sunken City and stop to visit Simena castle. In the afternoon we took our car to Hamidiye Bay for a swim. Unfortunately some of the larger tour boats stop there with loud music.

“Idyllic location for a relaxing break”

The 'village breakfast' was amazing, and the perfect start to the day sitting by the water. The location is idyllic, right on the waters edge, quiet and relaxing but still part of the village. Plenty to see and do within a half hour drive, and the boat we hired for the day from the pension was great (private hire and a lovely captain who knew all the best spots). Dinner was very fresh and beautifully cooked, and if you want a wider menu town is only a 5 minute walk away. Good shower and adequate wifi. Umu is a wonderful host, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful.

I am so glad that my wife and I visited this place, we were traveling from Fethiye to Kas and wanted to spend the night in Kas, but at the height of the Muslim holiday, all the hotels were occupied and we decided to look for a hotel in the vicinity of Kas. In the end, we found this hotel completely by accident. But it was one of the best decisions in our lives. This is one of the most amazing places I've ever been. Excellent hotel with beautiful views, it's something unimaginable. Mountains, sea and islands create a unique picture in this bay. The nature of this place is truly inspiring with its beauty. I wish everyone to visit this place. If you don't have much time, come here for at least one day, believe me, you won't regret it. Absolute calm, silence, it is very relaxing, an ideal place to reboot your thoughts, practice meditation and search for the meaning of life. Many thanks to Ali and Umma, they are amazing and kind hosts. I promise to come back here again someday. Best of the best. Truly majestic.
