“Feel like home”

I was travelling alone and this place really felt like home. The room is comfortable, with many storage spaces. The balcony is very cute to enjoy the last rays of sun. The bathroom was very functional. Markella and Nikos are amazing hosts. The food was excellent. There are other restaurants on the seaside (3’ by car, 10-30’ by foot) but I had dinner at Maistrali because the food was very good and cheap. Very nice atmosphere. The village was quiet and away from the touristic areas, as I was looking for.

The room, owners and enviroment is all very nice! The hotel is placed 30 min from Rodos city in a very calm and relaxing area called Kalavarda. With a few minuts walk from the nearest beach. The room was very clean with a cute interior design which we appriciated alot. The couple that owns Mastrali are so nice with big hearts and very accommadating. They helped us alot and really made our trip amazing and easier, strongly recomend!😊

The room was very clean and Marcella was very kind and helpful ,when I asked her recommendations for a rent-car agency. Large room and new air-condition unit. Short distance drive to Kamiros Skala.

Extremely clean apartment with all the essential amenities and appliances for a vacation, also very quiet location from the madness of Rhodes and not too far from the city.

The nearby (700m) beach is a proper sandy beach, though you also have these aggressive kite surfers. The area is very quiet if you want to escape massive tourism.

We loved everything about our stay, it was a very peaceful vacation. Food was great, beach was great. 10/10

Everything was great. Owners and the staff was really nice and attentive. They answered all of our questions and helped us a lot. Restaurant’s food was delicious. The room was very spacious and clean. Kalavarda beach was really peaceful and secluded it was like we had a private beach to ourselves. There is a beach bar and some sunbeds available.

Room was hotel standard but very good value pricewise - excellent Taverna downstairs, again high quality but very reasonable price - excellent location, not far from the airport in small rural village near largely empty northern beaches favoured by kite surfers and families looking across at Turkey - would recommend whole heartedly for those looking for something real and authentic

“Great place to relax and eat”

A fantastic place to stay. The owners can organise anything for you, laundry, car hire, bicycle hire, tickets, tours, bus timetables etc. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, good sound insulation between rooms. The bathrooms are large, well ventilated, with soaps, hairdryer, multiple towels and toilet paper. The room has wardrobe with coat hangers and spare pillows, desk, chair, bar fridge, kettle, mugs, coffee, tea and sugar. The balcony is partially inclosed making it private to neighboring rooms, with outdoor table, chairs and washing line to dry swimwear, towels etc. The ground floor has a restaurant which is convenient for getting breakfast lunch dinner or bottles of water/ wine without having to go out and look for somewhere. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, I was sick for a week and they made me home made soups and pastas and brought them to my room! Good wifi, pet cats to pat, walk to beach, or drive 5 mins to local ruins and restaurants, bus stop outside to Rhodes township

“Lovely family hotel & taverna”

We stayed one night on route to chalki. We arrived around 10.30 and the taverna still had guests. We had a absolutely fabulous slow cooked lamb snd stuffed green peppers. Room wax v comfortable and spotless with king size bed and en suite shower Lovely welcoming family and we will come back again for longer.
