Perched on a 13,000-m² private plateau, 500 metres above the sea, Villa Matula is located in Kalamitsi, within a 10-minute drive from the famous beaches of Agios Nikitas, Kathisma, Porto Katsiki and Egremnoi. Free private parking is available on site. The apartments come with a kitchen with an oven, fridge and stovetop. Every unit comes with a private bathroom with a bath or shower, and opens out to verandas with panoramic sea and mountain views. Towels are offered and free WiFi is available. The villa is surrounded by flowers, trees and aromatic herbs. It has wide patios and a spacious garden with tables, BBQ facilities, and hammocks under the trees. Next to the villa, you will find a paragliding take-off area. The town of Lefkada is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Aktion Airport, 40 km from Villa Matula.

Cosy place with the most amazing view of the sunset and the sea. The apartment was well supplied and spotlessly clean, but the terrace was the highlight of the house. Very interesting design of an attic bedroom. The hosts were very nice and helpful. A great location for a relaxing holiday :)

“Amazingl view like Fenix on the mountain”
the view, and at night no many lights around, so you can reall see the shining sky full of starts,milky way:), big terrace, so also our children had a place to play and run and make some hiding places:),very sympatic owner Matula, like his style:)

“The most relaxing place in Greece!”
- Everything was very good, the quiet place, the view, the villa and the hosts (Christo and Matula) , who were very friendly, they even offered us some vegetables from their garden and some Greek pie with feta cheese and spinach, but what we liked the most was the amazing terrace. The house is very interesting and cozy, and spacious at the same time
