“A heart-warming retreat - welcoming & unforgettable!”

Our first reaction was that the house looks better than in the pictures. Amenities were as described - will not take the time to write again here. Also, what we needed additionally we got from our lovely hosts in due time. Bed sheets and towels were changed every 3 days, the pool was taken care of every 2 days (big thanks for that!). The house is located in the neighbourhood of Agios Nikitas Village and Kathisma beach (you need a car, but if you consider walking it is not that far and the hill not so steep) . For shopping we recommend Kritikos Supermaket, just next to Jumbo in Lefkada town (20 mins drive). Nidri is 50 mins away, Vasiliki 40 mins away, Porto Katsiki and Egremni beach 30 mins away - with beautiful roads upon the hills. From here you can reach in 20 mins Karya village and 5 mins away by car you will find Kalamitsi village (one of the oldest on the island), with restaurants, panorama view and local markets. For us it was the perfect location for the holiday. Though we took a trip on the island every day, we were eager to come back to the house. We enjoyed the morning coffee with the view, the time at the swimming pool and the incredible sunsets. Also, the house yard is designed in such way that at any time you can find a cosy place in the sun or the shadows. And the peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature create a deep sense of relaxation. For all this we are looking forward to come back some day :)

This house is fabulous! Beautifully presented and clean with all the things needed to have a lovely week in June. The view of the ocean and sunset is truly stunning! It was a heatwave when we stayed and the air conditioning helped! Also the lovely pool was a joy to use every day. Ioanna was a superb host and vert helpul. She responded instantly to any questions we had and was super quick to help with anything we needed. All in all - this is highly recommended and we would love to stay here again.

“Absolute Relaxation”

The absolute place to relax. The view straight out of dreams, from sunrise to sunset with the Ionian Sea at your feet. The accommodation spotless located in central position with Kathisma beach 6m drive and the island capital 20m drive and big enough for two couples and two kids. The swimming pool large enough to accommodate games, swimming or simply relaxation enjoying the sunset at the Ionian Sea and cleaned every day. No other houses near by to annoy you or to annoy. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. BBQ with wood oven outside. As for our hostess, Ms Livitsanou, the perfect 10, always available to accommodate any needs and to solve immediately any issue making sure that our days there will be smooth and the most relaxing ones.
