The villa was situated further away from other villas in the area, assuring you a private space. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean (3 of them, with air conditioning), there is a washing machine, if you fancy some laundering and parking has plenty of space. All of the rooms have private baghrooms.Also, there are 2 villas right next to each other, so If you book one, you might also get some neighbours, that is something to keep in mind. The view is amazing and if you like a bit of hiking you can get in 30 min tops to Kathisma beach, on foot. The host was amazing, very receptive, kind, positive, very nice to us, one of the best I've ever had. They've even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate the arrival. Honestly, they were like family. Never used the pool though. With these kinds of beaches on Lefkada like Egremni, Ammoussa, Porto Katsiki, you sure are better of to one of those, but maybe it's just me 😊

“Beautiful”
The villa is situatied on a hill overlooking the sea. All the 3 bedrooms and the living room are oriented towards the sea and the whole villa has a beautiful view of the sunset. The pool is a really good size and is a shared between 2 villas. We had no problem with this. Everything was super clean (inside and outside). The villa has a small living room which opens to a terrace with a table and a beautiful view. It also has a small well equipped kitchen. 2 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, the third bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which can also be reached from the living room. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance with a dedicated key than the rest of the villa but both entrances are from the same yard. The villa is really close to Agios Nikitas (7 min drive) where you can find a beautiful beach and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. It is also close to a lot of beautiful sandy beaches with blue waters. There are 4 parking spots at the villa.
