Everything was just perfect, beyond words! It's probably the best accomodation we had until now in any part of Greece and we will come back for sure. Special thanks to Makis, who was a perfect host throughout our stay - responsive, proactive and welcoming!

We loved absolutely everything! The location, the breathtaking view, the beautiful villa, and most of all Avraam’s wonderful hospitality. We truly appreciated the sweet treats, wine, beers, and water that were waiting for us in the villa, as well as the excellent local recommendations. The warm welcome and peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable.

We loved everything about this property. The location offers breathtaking views at any time of the day, especially the sunset; the area is so quiet and calm that you can truly disconnect. The villa offers everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances are new and properly functioning. “A perfect place for stay in Lefkada”

We have been in villa no. 2, which is, in my opinion, the absolute best location in the complex, and the complex itself is at one of the best locations on the island - not far from the best beaches, but also near shops and bars for going out (we did not go out, we were with kids, but the bar up on the hill played some cool music we liked until 11pm). But the best feature of the location is the sunset - you are at some 500 meters above sea level, chilling in the pool or next to it, and you look at the sun diving into the endless blue Ionian sea... really precious experience, and it happens every dusk while you are there. The villas themselves are perfect - two bedrooms with mega comfy beds, enough storage, and a bathroom/toilette each, all very modern and good looking, and moreover, functional and functioning. And all that in a draught year in Lefkada, when water is very scarce. Mosquito nets at all doors, practically no insects in the house (a lot outside, though, understandably). The living space with kitchen is also very neat, kitchen appliances are all new and functioning very well, narrow dishwasher, modern washing machine, and all the small appliances are there. Ikea plates and glasses, just enough for 4 persons, perfect. We literally did not lack anything in the villa, we had all we required for our 8 nights stay. The whole place is extremely nice, a flat piece of land on the top of the hill overlooking the Ionian sea; a lot of lavender and other plants making the air smell nice... Every recommendation for this place if you visit Lefkada, with family or friends/parners.

We had an amazing week at Avraam Sunset Villas. This place has a really good vibe. It is so peaceful, quiet and you can definitely feel the love and creativity of the owner when creating this place. The place has a wonderful view, an outdoor kitchen for bbq in the sunset - really fantastic. A fully equipped kitchen and a super clean pool and cleaning service every three days.

Communication with the host was easy and he responded efficiently. Mike went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was extreme heat during our stay and he happily provided fans to assist with the air conditioning to keep us cool. The beds were super comfy and the villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was great. The view were exceptional - the photos don't do it justice. Mike even hosted a bbq for us with traditional home made Greek food which was a wonderful, personal experience. This stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

The villas show that the owners really tried to create a little paradise in the clouds. The villa had a view of the open sea, and as it is located on a hill, we really sometimes had breakfast or dinner in the clouds. Those who love sea views will find something to their liking here. A generous garden and plenty of privacy for each villa completes the overall positive impression. Overall, the villas are very practical, high-quality and above-standard solutions. It is a very quiet place with a pleasant and private feel. Everything was clean, towels and bed linen were changed regularly. Also, if you want to travel the west coast, this is definitely the best area to stay. The owners were very helpful and warm people. We had the chance to spend one evening with them and their friends and the Greek hospitality is amazing. Thank you very much for a wonderful time spent in Lefkada. This place enchanted us.

Nice location with amazing view. Calm surroudings without noisy.Swimming pool only for the guests from this villa.Near the best beaches on the west coas.Comfortable and very clean villa with good servis ( towels and bedlinen were change ), with two bedroom a two bathroom.Amazing holiday.

- accomponied drive by agency ‚Image Lefkada‘ - even picked us up for driving the narrow roads to the accomodation together - Michael from ‚Image Lefkada‘ not only gave us an overview of all details of the villa but also had several reccomendations regarding beaches/restaurants on Lefkada - brand-new accomodation with well-kept garden - very calm place with a fantastic view - fully equiped kitchen (even including a sandwich toaster and smoothie maker) - huge pool for each villa - very friendly owner - cleaniness is very Important for the owner as he even leaves one day in-between the bookings so that the whole villa can be cleaned in depth - as there are only 3 villas it´s very quiet and perfect for relaxing
