Overview
Situated only 300 metres from the beach, in the south-eastern edge of Sithonia peninsula, Parea Kalamitsi is a modern complex consisting of 5 residences. It provides free private on-site parking. Kalamitsi offers 3-storey apartments with a bathroom on each floor. Rooms also include a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air-conditioning and a private BBQ. The ground floor opens out to a veranda and the first floor has a pergola balcony. Surrounded by olive groves, and thyme and oregano-covered hills, Parea Kalamitsi Apartments are ideally located in a natural environment which exudes relaxation and serenity. Within walking distance one can find restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The neighbouring Kalamitsi beach offers a wide variety of water sports, such as water skiing, wind surfing and wake boarding. Parea Kalamitsi also features a beach volley court and a children’s playground.

We highly recommend this accommodation. Everything is very nice, the house is comfortable and equipped with all neded, сlean and cozily territory. Beautiful beach and nature. I would like to tell our disappointed with our stay. On the second day of our stay the mechanism of one of the doors in the house broke down. The owners blamed us for this and we had to pay 200 € They have never done to us before The bed linen was changed only once in 7 days They cleaned once We will not go there again

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, located in a peaceful and quiet area, and the host Vicky was incredibly kind and welcoming. The garden was specious and beautiful- truly a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely love to come again.

The house was very nice and clean in a quiet environment. There is nice, spacious free parking on the spot. Kalamitsi beach is 7–8 minutes by walk, and the area around the town is full of various other beaches (we pretty much visited a new one each day). The host Vicky was just lovely, and with genuine attitude towards us. Very helpful with all our needs and questions, and we are definitely going back.

Perfect location for those who like to be near the sea but also not in a crowded place. Very clean, lots of space ( we were 2 adults and a child), very friendly host. We got all the apartment cleaned every three days.

We stayed in area Kalamitsi for 6 nights and we had a very pleasant stay. Vicky, the host, is a really nice person and provided a series of good advices to have the best experience in the surrounding area, recommending things to see, restaurants and beaches, The location is very clean and tidy, provided with all comforts, the care for the details was much above the standards. The garden outside is perfect for relaxing and for the children to play. Last but not least, the position is strategic and in less than 5 minutes you can reach a very nice beach provided with all comforts. Strongly recommended Parea Kalamitsi for those looking for a compromise between tranquillity and social life.

“Nice family vacation”
The villa has a very large common yard with a fresh natural and very well maintained lawn and two wide terraces on the 2nd floor. It was very clean. We had a mid-stay cleaning. The hot water was enough for at least 7-8 people. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach, which was also very beautiful.

“Beautiful stay near the beach”
If you like tranquility you're at the right place! The lovely house is surrounded by a large garden where you can find peace and quiet. The beautiful beach of Kalamitsi is just a minute bike ride (bikes are at the house) away. If you need anything your host is present.

Quiet and peaceful in September. Mezzonets with two bedrooms and a gallery for the accommodation of eight people. Two and a half bathrooms, beautiful terraces, greenery and a starry sky. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are excellent restaurants nearby, but supermarkets are not well equipped. It is great for families with children as the property is spacious with a children's playground and a beautiful lawn. You can use the bikes that are available for sightseeing. Very clean and tidy. The owner was extremely kind. We were alone there in September and enjoyed it.

You cannot say which of the two little gardens, one in the front, one behind the house, is more beautiful. Nice shadow and privacy from all sides from olive trees and greenery. Two beautiful balconies, at least one always in shadow. The whole large yard is covered with a nice green fresh turf carpet, a delight to walk on barefoot. The lot of other nice things could be said, but these are the impressions that come first to my mind. The houses are well thought out and built, and kept in the same manner.
