“Votsalo Apartments offer a pristine base in a stunning location, but not a place for solo travel”

Overall, Votsalo Apartments are clean, comfortable and well maintained in a beautiful location. My experience was that the ground-floor accommodation felt dark and lacked both sunshine and privacy, and Kalami itself was quieter and more tourism-focused than I had anticipated.

Location was AMAZING. Ideal for those who love Kalami. A very short walk down to the beach and in walking distance of everything in town. A beautiful view for low costs.

Basic accommodation but has everything you need. Very clean, staff very helpful & friendly. Views from our balcony were fabulous. Great location 2 minutes from supermarket restaurants & beach. We had a great stay here. Would highly recommend.

A modest, well equipped, comfortable studio in an excellent location, a short walk to Kalami and (even from the ground floor) a nice view of the bay. 10/10 for the hardworking cleaning lady.

Fantastic location with amazing views (recommend the 1st floor) Lovely balcony overlooking Kalami bay. Small but perfect apartment for one or a couple. Easy walking distance (only a few minutes) from the centre of the resort. Would definitely stay there again & would highly recommend ! 😃

Excellent location - less than 100m from beach, taveranas and main street with good supermarket supplying everything one needs. Fantastic view of Kalami Bay from our 1st floor apartment. Car parking directly outside apartments

Lovely location with a great view of the bay, really close to the village centre and beach, but felt peaceful too. Bus stop also just a couple of minutes walk up the hill. Room was spotlessly clean :)

Great views of Kalami bay. Easy walking distance from the beach, shops and tavernas. Gina and the cleaning team were so welcoming. The apartment was nicely furnished with a kitchen with all you need .

Was moved before arrival to 'Votsalo Pool Apts' - wasn't given any information as to where they were, and they were actually called Olympia Apts. No information given re: check in, no communication from owners/manager despite trying to call them - I spent an hour trying to find them and only managed to do so as I speak some Greek. No allocated parking, noisy (next to a busy supermarket on one side and a bar on another) and with shabby, old-fashioned furnishings. The bathroom smelt badly of drains, the shower door wouldn't close and kept coming off the rails, the curtain in the back bedroom was hanging off and the a/c in that room sounded like a gale force wind. The accommodation was supposed to be an upgrade because it was bigger, but was so poor that I moved out after two nights. Very disappointing, and I have been travelling to Greece for over 40 years - this was not the accommodation that I booked or wanted to stay in.

The location was amazing! The best view of Kalami from your balcony. We had a lovely holiday at Votsalo apartments. Only 2 minutes to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery. There’s even a little takeaway place if you just wanted to sit on your balcony for the evening. Staff were brilliant, always around should you have a problem, fresh towels every day. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Gina ☺️
