Family was lovely and helped us in every request what we had. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted and the food was delicious. They alsi arranged bird whatcing and massage. We struggled to find a right bus line to Ella, so we asked help for the family. They droped us in the right bus stand and waited for the right bus to come with us. We are really thankful for this family.

We had a great stay at Grand Villa. Rooms were spacious, super clean, AC, hot water and great view. Hosts were super friendly and arranged everything what we asked for (tuk tuk, laundry, transfers, food and beverages) in addition to all that they arranged an AMAZING bird watching Safari with Gahan- great knowledge and a lot of fun! Food provided was delicious and amount to feed much more then our group. Villa is 30min walk from the beach (5min with tuk tuk) and lagoon. Definitely recommend to stay in Grand Villa.

“A lovely quiet homestay”
A simple homestay set in it's own small parkland with a private lake to look at. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable, but only a small double. The evening meal was a home cooked traditional Chicken curry and rice. Very simple, but a really good dinner. The whole time there was quiet and relaxing.

“Excellent homestay”
This is one of those stays where one feels to have stayed with a family rather than at an accomodation. All aspects of this stay were perfect. Homestay is located next to a lake that inhabits lot of birds, it's a great treat to sit around let the nature soak in. The room was very nice, well equipped satisfying European travellers needs. Now the first best part, breakfast and dinner, the family served us homemade food everyday and it was delightful and we were detailedly explained on each cullinary served...Finally the hospitality is just incredible. We were well looked after, given wonderful tips to see around .. there were bicycles to rent that made the travel around very easier ...
