“Worst "hotel" I've ever seen and terrible service.”
I didn't end up staying. We arrived and they tried to give us a room with one bed instead of two even though I'd booked two. They then said they'd "get one ready" but we had to wait 45 minutes. We waited to get offered a room with no blankets, crumpled clearly dirty sheets, not enough towels for two people, no light bulb in the lamp and a thick layer of dust over the air conditioner and a smell in the room. Since my friend has asthma, allergies, and a CPAP machine, it would have been a significant health risk to her to stay there, so we left and went to a hotel across the road. Then they insisted on charging me a cancellation fee even though they were the ones who couldn't provide a suitable room. Don't stay here, you'd be safer sleeping under a bridge somewhere and it'd probably be cleaner too.

“I DIDN'T GET TO STAY”
I was turned away at the front desk as they ran out of rooms even when I made a reservation on line so I SURELY hope my charge is reversed for the hotel stay you denied me.

I booked a non-smoking room and we got a room that had been smoked in before. I asked for another one that also had been smoked in before. The room did not have a door in the bathroom and was falling apart (ex. A/C cover had broken off, furniture was falling apart). The breakfast was very limited in its offerings. My family also did not feel safe at the property.

“This place is condemnable!”
Absolutely nothing.... it had broken out windows, dug addicts living out of it hanging all over outside, there are bed bugs, there are stains, can't find the front door... then I got charged for the night when there's no way in hell is sleep outside that place, let alone in it!
