We have just had the most amazing week at Villa Pnoe. The villa is exceptional and highly recommended. It is away from the heavily built up tourist areas on the north of the island, however it has several vibrant towns in close proximity. It is perfect for getting away for a relaxing break. The hosts, Yannis and Evangelia are knowledgeable and generous. They gave excellent recommendations on restaurants, activities and beaches. The highlight of our trip was joining them for an evening meal of Cretan food and exceptional views from up in the hills. Thank you so much.

We spent a 5-day family vacation as a group of 5 adults, and every single detail — both in the villa and in the hosts’ approach — was simply perfect. From the warm welcome, to the design and amenities of the villa, the thoughtful attention to the smallest details, the generously stocked fridge and bar, and the kind and considerate hospitality throughout our stay — everything was exceptional. Just a perfect 10!

“Only 5 nights but a memory for life!”

Located in a remote stretch of unspoiled Crete, is this beautiful modern villa. We were this wonderful Cretan families first guests of the season and warmly welcomed by Evangelia, who gave us a tour of the villa. Already some epic surprises were waiting for us, showing their personal touch and attention for guests. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with all the features one could wish for. Being early season, we had the massive pool heated as optional extra. Such a quiet and pretty place! Throughout our stay, we were surprised with an overload of gifts, delicious food and services. Evangelia sent some great recommendations for the area too, which made for some fine day-trips. Already dreaming of staying here again, hopefully until next time! We had an absolutely stellar time together, only 5 nights but a memory for life!

This Villa lived up to our expectations: the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary, the pool was quite big, and the bedrooms and living room were cozy and clean. The air conditioner saved us from boiling hot. The fridge was full of food when we arrived and the hosts prepared some small but nice gifts. The hosts' hospitality was amazing, and I strongly recommend this accommodation.

Simply said Vila Pnoe is Fabulos! Modern, spacious, clean, very well equipped with everything you need times three ( x 3); it’s all there, everything you want… and more. The pool is great, large and clean, with an amazing view of the blue sea and the mountains etc. But what makes this place different than any other locations in this world is Koutentaki family. They brought hospitality to another level. When you first time meet Evangelina, you know you are in good hands. Personally, I never experienced such warm and thoughtful host anywhere I’ve traveled on six continents. Koutentaky family just want you to feel good and safe in their place. They spoiled us. We found the fridge full of supplies. Koutentaky family invited us to a taverna where we’ve spent a lovely evening together and had a nice dinner with them. They are all lovely people. They sent us sweets etc. Such a thoughtful host. Incredible! Thank you again Evangelina and Koutentaky family for being such nice to my family.

The luxurious villa was the perfect stay for our family vacation. Yannis gave it his best to make the experience last in our memories. It all started when we arrived. He and his son showed us around in the big house which was accessible by wheelchair. Only the entrances have some stairs. There are three lovely rooms and two bathrooms with a good shower. The master bedroom has its own private access. At the pool there is enough place and chairs for relaxation. The area itself was completely restful and close to the beach. The beach itself was not the most beautiful but the big pool made up for it. The fridge was filled with delicious fruit and beverages so we could instantly lay down as soon as we arrived. During the week there was a cleaning team as well to make sure the chambers where tidy and the sheets smelled fresh. As an extra, we got the chance to meet the hosts family at dinner. It was a lovely experience.

Our stay in this luxurious villa exceeded all of our expectations. It stood out remarkably compared to all of our other holidays in recent years in terms of quality of service, hospitality, cleanliness, positive vibes, comfort and luxury. Our experience was even better than the pictures had suggested. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by the daughter of the owner to hand us the keys, as well as greeted by the 360° panoramic views and the spaciousness of the sea, the mountains and nature that the villa has to offer. Since we arrived with two small children aged 1 and 3, the host had been kind enough to fill the fridge entirely with fresh fruits, vegetables, drinks, cheese, meat,... We were greeted by a photo frame of Zeus on the bedside table which we had requested upon booking. We had to force ourselves to go on educational archeological and natural explorations because we otherwise wouldn't have left the villa at all, as its spaciousness and comfort are that addictive. During our stay, we were offered locally produced honey, liquors, fruits and jams, as well as a surprise afternoon dessert one day, a dinner with the owner and his family, and full cleaning of the villa and the swimming pool. The villa offered us all that we wanted for an upscale care-free holiday, including privacy and security (alarm system, safety boxes, walled gate). The sunsets were amazing, and we had three terraces to enjoy them, including a view from the rooftop terrace. Dear Evangelia and family, We can only be grateful once more for the kindness that you showed to us and to our children, you have the same warm heart which made us fall in love with Greece to begin with. We are indebted to your kindness and hope that we can one day return the favour likewise. We wish you all the best for the future, and we know for sure that your holiday villa will continue to remain a big success by providing unforgettable care-free holiday experiences to many other guests to come.

Perfect location, quite isolated, quiet, new and very clean and tidy, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need, the hosts are amazing people. the place is big and spacious. It was just perfect in any way! we will be back there for sure.

A stunningly beautiful property that cannot be faulted in any way. The owners really went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing holiday. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, the property is definitely the best we have ever stayed in. We especially enjoyed the local area and restaurants and being treated to wonderful Cretian hospitality.

“Amazing hosts and villa”

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and kind. They were hospitable and even took us out for dinner, probably the most fun dinner we have ever had with locals. The villa is beautifull and has an amazing swimming pool. Overall probably one of our best holidays we had so far. Would really recommend taking this villa.

An amazing fully equipped air-conditioned with a private pool luxury villa. Careful high-end architectural and interior design, integrating wood and stone. The kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a dishwasher. The fridge was full of good things: fruits, vegetables, drinks, cheeses and sausages. The pantry was full of pastas, breads, cereals, espresso capsules, tea, olive oil, wine, jam and even local liqueur. We didn't even have to go to the supermarket. Bedrooms: On the first floor, a large, well-designed bedroom with a private shower and toilet and with an access to the pool. On the second floor there are two larger bedrooms and a large and well-designed shower and toilet room. Each room has an exit to the balcony and access to the stairs down to the pool. Every room in the house has an air conditioner. All rooms and the living room has smart HD TVs. WIFI covers the whole house and the yard. There is also washer and dryer. We received many bathrobes and towels for the pool. Along with soaps, shampoo, and even new toothbrushes. No need to bring anything from home! The highlight: the pool! Amazing beautiful pool. The pool area is full of cute corners, a herb garden, a wooden swing, an outdoor bed, a high-quality equipped outdoor kitchen. The view outside - WOW!!! The villa is surrounded by mountains and sea Distance from the beach - 2 minutes walk. We recommend to rent a car to visit other beaches nearby, such as Matala, Agia Galini and Kokinos Pyrgos beach. Hope we will come back soon - it was a perfect vacation in a perfect villa!
