Excellent location, Greek hospitality at its finest from Mrs Maria. A basic style room. Not 5* but clean and has everything you need. Perfect for a place to just sleep and use as a base. Next to the beach

A lovely Greek lady, Maria, ran the apartments. She looked after us very well and often little treats were left in the room.

“Great value lovely stay near the beach.”
The manager helped us with checking in a bit earlier, and changed the shower head for us when we were having difficulties with it. The small kitchen had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

“WONDERFUL PLACE ON THE BEACH”
This place is absolutely wonderful. It is right on the beach, the beautiul beach of Kalamaki, with clear wonderful water. The beach is very quiet even in August, the sea is incredible and there are free umbrellas and sunbeds. The studio was clean, nice comfortable beds, air conditioning and a balcony with sea view. Maria the owner is very sweet and makes you feel at home. We stayed 7 nights and they came to clean and change towels and bedsheets every other day. Near the studio there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars. We had a great time and did not want to leave. Great! Thank you Maria! We'll be back!

“Worth to check it out”
Location is really nice and the price is pretty cheap. The rooms are spacious and you have a balcony of pretty good size.

Some other visitors had a fight and the man started choking his wife and beating her against the wall. We were screaming to make him stop, but he wouldn't. We thought he would kill her. His friends were excusing him ,but we wanted to call the police. Unfortunately we had no signal at the mobile phones in the building and we asked the owner to call the police. Obviously she wanted to avoid the negative advertisement for the business. Noone wanted to do the right thing. So we left the same night cause we were not feeling safe. Noone cared about the young children who experienced this violent incident. I am very sorry we wasted our money.

“Big room, enormous balcony, fabulous views”
We had a huge Greek decorated lovely room on the top floor. There was everything we needed - and more! The balcony was enormous and had spectacular views. The landlady was very nice. We will definitely return.

“Easy and cheap, perfect for traveling low cost but comfortable.”
We loved the simplicity with which they welcomed us and the value for money. I recommend going to enjoy the sunset from the terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful!
