Everything was perfect - a good comfortable appartment not far from a beach and restorants, having a private parking lot. Also I want to thank its hosts for their kindness and hospitality.

We stayed at Arsinoi Studios and Apartments and absolutely loved it. The property is peaceful, clean, and very well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The studio was spacious and comfortable, with a handy kitchenette and a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Everything was spotless, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the air-conditioning made it easy to relax even in the summer heat. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, tavernas, and shops, but tucked away enough to feel calm and quiet. The service was warm and genuinely thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. For the comfort, value, and hospitality, we would highly recommend Arsinoi Studios and Apartments. It is the kind of place you want to return to.

The location of the studios was excellent, very peaceful and quiet. Our room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks to Noi and her sons, we felt like we were at home. All in all, these studios are incredibile value for money and we can't wait to go back.

The owners and her family and staff were all very welcoming, friendly and was always offering us services, if we needed. It was very close to beach, shops, restaurants and swimming pool. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and plenty of rooom and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back for another visit.

The host was very kind. She offered us a very good snack with coffee, fruit and cakes when we arrived. The location is just incredible, 2 minutes walk from the beaches. It's a good place to stay for a few days and visit the Minoan palaces, the town of Matala and relax in Kalamaki. Highly appreciated and recommended! Also don't forget to visit the Creta Nature shop, this is ... typical.

We were 5 people, all adults. The apartment had everything you need and was spacious - two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with access to the terrace and garden. Peace and quiet. Comfortable beds. 3 air conditioners, one in each room, worked well. Very clean and neat. The finishing of the rooms was impeccable, nothing was damaged. The cleaning lady cleaned 3 times a week. We did not eat the breakfasts offered by the hosts, except for one, which we received as a gift - no meat but there was plenty to choose from - bread, vegetables, dairy products, fruit, nuts, honey, marmalade, tea, coffee, juice, cake - everything very tasty. Close walking distance to the beach, shops and several good restaurants, where we ate. The hosts were very polite and nice. Inexpensive and comfortable. All in all, this was the most comfortable apartment we have ever stayed in on holiday. We highly recommend it.

The whole property is super clean. The staff and especially Noi’s charm , generosity and warmth make up the 5th element. It’s quiet at night and shady in the morning Walking distance to all the great beaches, to all shops and restaurants.

the Room was large, clean and had all we needed in it with comfortable bed, lighting, air conditioner, and small kitchen. The family that ran it were so lovely and helpful and kind which made our stay really lovely. The Breakfast was a treat and the location 1-2 minutes from the beach was perfect, plus the mini markt in the small town and the Restaurants were also all very good. The Greek People are very friendly and helpful and generous.

The apartment is the cleanest I have ever rented on Booking! It is well situated: 2 minutes from the beach but in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable. There is a small kitchenette and a huge balcony. The breakfast are simply delicious and made out of fresh products from the owner’s garden. The owner Νόη is such a sweetheart and she is taking care delightfully of her guests.

Everything was very clean. The host Maria and her family are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend to eat breakfast, it was all so delicious and comes from their local family farm.
